Art. 1 – The Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), headquartered in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2005007199401, with tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Location of the Campaign
The campaign “Free Scented Candle with Purchase” is organized and will take place between November 12, 2025 – November 20, 2025, on www.sabon.ro and in Sabon physical stores located throughout Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available free of charge to any requester, in electronic format on the sabon.ro website under the “Campaign Rules” section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The Campaign is valid only for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the sole discretion of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized for informational purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to natural or legal persons (“Participants”) who are residents or have a registered office in Romania, or who, in the case of distance purchases, can provide a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel the participation of any person who fails to comply with these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically or disruptively, or is deemed to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to provide proof.
Art. 5 – Products Included in the Campaign
5.1. The Sabon products included in this promotional campaign are as follows:
A 180 g glass candle, in a fragrance of the customer’s choice, valued at 179 RON, will be offered as a GIFT for purchases of at least 500 RON (the final shopping cart total consisting exclusively of products from the Majestic Gala Collection, excluding the Advent Calendar), either online on www.sabon.ro You can select it at checkout, when completing your online order.
5.2. The “Free Scented Candle with Purchase” campaign can be combined with other ongoing promotional campaigns in stores or on sabon.ro, as well as with discounts granted through the loyalty card program, such as 10% off any product and 25% off the Product of the Month.
5.3. The offer can also be combined with other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon.
5.4. The offer cannot be combined with the purchase of a Gift Voucher (Gift Card).
However, if a Royal Passport member wishes to use the available balance on a Gift Card, they may benefit from any promotional campaigns active in Sabon stores or on www.sabon.ro at the time of purchase.
5.5. The free gift products cannot be exchanged for other varieties or fragrances.
The offer is valid both in physical stores and online at www.sabon.ro, while stocks last, and is available only to Royal Passport cardholders.
Participants may purchase products for personal use only, not for resale.
Art. 6 – Return Policy
6.1. Product returns will be handled in accordance with the return policy in effect across the Sabon store network.
6.2. The monetary equivalent of the discount or of the free product will not be reimbursed.
6.3. If a customer chooses to replace a product purchased during the Campaign, the replacement product will not benefit from the offer, unless it is itself part of another Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the new product will be sold at the price valid on that date.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in cases of attempted system fraud, abuse, or any actions that could damage the image of this Campaign.
7.2. The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. For the purposes of this Regulation, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen by the Organizer, and whose occurrence prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under these Rules.
Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, or any other natural disasters, as well as any legal or regulatory changes that may prohibit or alter the terms of the Campaign.
If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot proceed as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control—such as fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, compromise or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign—the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign.
If the Campaign ends early due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign’s locations.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by external service providers, courier companies, or other third-party services.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product included in the Campaign, participants agree to fully comply with all the terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an addendum whenever necessary, which will be published on the Organizer’s official website (www.sabon.ro) and made available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office address, as specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the end date of the Campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Campaign participants will be settled amicably, or, if that is not possible, by the competent courts.
