PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN REGULATIONS

Period: 24.10.2025 – 26.10.2025

Article 1 – Organizer

Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), headquartered in Bucharest, Strada Sfintii Voievozi no. 65, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2005007199401, Tax Identification Code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.

Article 2 – Duration and Location of the Campaign

The promotional campaign “Buy 1, Get 1 Free on a Selection of Products” is organized and will take place from 24.10.2025 to 26.10.2025, on a selection of products in Sabon physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro.

Article 3 – Official Campaign Rules

3.1. The official campaign rules are available free of charge to any requester, in physical format upon request, in Sabon stores.
The campaign is only active for Royal Passport members.

3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the campaign may be publicized for informational purposes, including through advertising or informational materials. Any information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of this Regulation.

Article 4 – Eligibility

4.1. Participation in the campaign is open to natural persons or legal entities (“Participants”) with residence or headquarters in Romania, or, in the case of distance purchases, who can provide a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically or disruptively, or is determined to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it.

Article 5 – Products Participating in the Campaign

5.1. The products participating in the campaign are listed in the annex attached to this Regulation.

5.2. The offer is available in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.

5.3. In physical stores, the discount is applied directly at the checkout.

5.4. On the online store, the discount not applied upon entering the promotional code 1PLUS1.

5.5. Participants may purchase the products for personal use only, not for resale.

5.6. The “Buy 1, Get 1 Free on a Selection of Products” offer can’t be combined with other Royal Passport club benefits, such as 10% off any product, 25% off the Product of the Month, and 35% off OUTLET category.

5.7. The offer cannot be combined with other offers on partner websites or apps, such as Kaufland Card, Lidl Plus, Dr. Max, Douglas, eMag, Fashion Days, or other platforms where Sabon products are sold.
The campaign can be combined with vouchers such as the Birthday Voucher or Royal Passport Anniversary Voucher.

Article 6 – Return Policy

6.1. Returns must comply with the return policy applicable in Sabon stores.

6.2. The cash equivalent of the discount will not be granted.

6.3. If a customer chooses to replace a product purchased in the campaign, the replacement product will not benefit from the campaign offer, except if it is part of another campaign or special offer. For clarity, the price valid at the time of replacement applies to the new product.

6.4. As the campaign products are part of limited edition collections with limited stock, they cannot be replaced if damaged upon delivery. In such cases, the customer will be refunded if the damaged product is no longer in stock.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse, or any other actions that could affect the image of the campaign.

7.2. The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events, pursuant to Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.

7.3. For this Regulation, force majeure means any event beyond the Organizer’s control that prevents it from fulfilling its obligations. This includes, without limitation, wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, other disasters, or any regulation that prohibits or modifies the terms of this Regulation.
If, for any reason, the campaign cannot proceed as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical issues, or other reasons affecting administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign.
If the campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical issues before the end of the campaign period, an official announcement will be made at the campaign location.

7.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays in product delivery caused by suppliers or courier services.

Article 8 – Final Provisions

8.1. By purchasing a product in the campaign, participants agree to comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of this Regulation.

8.2. Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to amend this Regulation via an addendum whenever necessary, with publication on the official website www.sabon.ro and availability in stores.

8.3. Any complaints regarding the campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at the registered office, within 14 working days from the end of the campaign.

8.4. Any disputes between the Organizer and participants shall be resolved amicably, or if not possible, by competent courts.
