Official Rules of the “-30% ON EVERYTHING” Campaign
Period: December 18 – December 25, 2025
Art. 1 – Organizer
The campaign is organized by Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7199/2005, unique registration code RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Place of the Campaign
The “-30% ON EVERYTHING” campaign is conducted between December 18 and December 25, 2025, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings physical stores in Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Rules
3.1. The official rules are available free of charge:
in electronic format, on www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Rules section;
in printed format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The campaign is intended exclusively for Royal Passport members.
3.2. The campaign may be promoted through various informational and advertising materials. Any information contained therein shall be interpreted in accordance with these official rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The campaign is open to natural or legal persons (“Participants”) who:
have their domicile, residence, or registered office in Romania; or
can provide a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary (for online purchases).
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person who:
fails to comply with these rules;
is suspected of fraud;
acts in an unethical, abusive, or disruptive manner, without the obligation to provide evidence.
Art. 5 – Participating Products
5.1. All Sabon products available on www.sabon.ro and in physical stores benefit from a 30% discount, subject to stock availability.
For online orders, the promotional code ALL30 must be entered in the Add promotional code section at checkout.
5.2. The offer does not apply to:
the Royal Passport loyalty card;
gift cards;
shopping bags;
floral arrangements available in Sabon stores in Bucharest.
5.3. The offer may not be combined with other Sabon promotional campaigns or with other benefits offered through the Royal Passport loyalty program.
5.4. The discount is applied directly at the cash register in physical stores.
5.5. Products may be purchased for personal use only, not for resale.
Art. 6 – Return Conditions
6.1. Product returns shall be carried out in accordance with Sabon’s return policy applicable at the relevant time.
6.2. The value of the granted discount shall not be refunded in cash.
6.3. In the event of a product exchange purchased within the campaign, the replacement product will not benefit from the 30% discount, unless it is also part of an active campaign. The replacement product will have the price applicable on the date of the exchange.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary measures in the event of fraud attempts, abuse, or actions that may affect the image of the campaign.
7.2. Sabon shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. For the purposes of these rules, force majeure means any unforeseeable and unavoidable event preventing the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations, such as wars, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, blockades, governmental regulations, or other similar events.
If, due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties, the campaign cannot be carried out as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign, with public notice of such decision.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delays in product delivery caused by suppliers, courier services, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the campaign, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of these official rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these rules by addendum, published on www.sabon.ro and made available in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 business days from the end of the campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants shall be settled amicably, and failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.
