PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN RULES
“Majestic Gala Body Lotion, 150 ml FREE with the purchase of an Advent calendar”
Period: October 15, 2025 - October 22, 2025
Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfintii Voievozi, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and location of the Campaign
The campaign "Majestic Gala Body Lotion, 150 ml FREE with the purchase of an Advent calendar" is organized and will take place between October 15, 2025, and October 22, 2025, both online and in SABON physical stores.
Art. 3 - Official rules of the Campaign
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, upon request at any participating SABON store.
The Campaign is only active for Royal Passport members and new customers who add or purchase a Royal Passport card.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing in Romania, or with their registered office in Romania, may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its discretion, the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to prove it with evidence.
Art. 5. – Products involved in the campaign
1. The Sabon products involved in this promotional campaign are: Majestic Gala Body Lotion, 150 ml FREE with the purchase of an Advent calendar” will be offered FREE with the purchase of an Advent calendar during the period mentioned, October 15-22.
5.2 The "Majestic Gala Body Lotion, 150 ml FREE with the purchase of an Advent calendar" campaign can be combined with discounts offered on the basis of the loyalty card, such as a 10% discount, but cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
3. The offer can be combined with gift vouchers and other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon. The products offered cannot be replaced with other assortments/scents.
The offer can be combined with the 10% member discount.
4. The offer is available both online and in SABON stores while stocks last, valid for Royal Passport cardholders.
5. Participants may only purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
Art. 6 - Return policy
6.1. Returned products must comply with the return policy in effect at Sabon stores.
6.2. No cash equivalent of the discount granted or the product offered free of charge will be given.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased during the Campaign, the new replacement product will no longer benefit from the respective offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 – Limitation of liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of these regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or predicted by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the latter to fulfill its obligations under these regulations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other disasters of any kind, as well as any regulations that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulations. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 8. Final provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, namely www.sabon.ro http://www.yves-rocher/, and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
