“The Gift Under the SABON Tree” Campaign Rules
Period: 08.12 – 31.12.2025
Art. 1 – Organizer
The promotional campaign “The Gift Under the SABON Tree” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfinții Voievozi no. 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7199/2005, tax identification code RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca, General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Venue
The Campaign will take place from 08.12 to 31.12.2025, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon physical stores in Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Rules
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available free of charge in electronic format on sabon.ro under the “Campaign Rules” section, and in physical format upon request at Sabon stores. The Campaign is valid exclusively for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be promoted through advertising or informational materials. Any information provided through such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. Individuals or legal entities residing or headquartered in Romania, or who can provide a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary for distance purchases, are eligible to participate (“Participants”).
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically or disruptively, without the obligation to provide evidence.
4.3. Each Royal Passport member must log into their customer account on www.sabon.ro and click the “Start” button of the Campaign to receive a promotional benefit. Each participant is randomly assigned a promotional code corresponding to the benefits described in Art. 5.1. The code must be used before initiating a new offer within the same Campaign. Unused promotional codes can be claimed no later than 31.12.2025.
Art. 5 – Products and Benefits
5.1. The Campaign provides prizes, discounts, or gift products at purchase thresholds as follows:
Rose Tea Shower Oil, 500 ml free for purchases of at least 300 RON after member discounts.
40% discount on a category of products (hair and face), not combinable with other member benefits or promotional campaigns.
40% discount on a category of body creams (body lotion, milk, repairing creams, gelee), not combinable with other member benefits or campaigns.
Hand Butter 75 ml or Majestic G Textile Fragrance 300 ml free for purchases of at least 350 RON, after member discounts.
Majestic Gala Bath Oil 200 ml or Majestic Gala Body Oil 100 ml free for purchases over 500 RON, after member discounts.
The product offered as a prize must be added to the shopping cart, and the code corresponding to the won prize should be entered in the ‘Add promotional code’ section.
Online and in-store thresholds are not cumulative; participants receive only the product corresponding to the threshold reached.
5.2. In physical stores, discounts and benefits are applied directly at the cash register.
5.3. Products are intended for personal use only and cannot be resold.
5.4. The Campaign can be combined with Gift Vouchers and other vouchers issued by Sabon; gift products cannot be exchanged and cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns.
5.5. In the online store, the assigned promotional code is available in the My Royal Passport account, under “Valid Codes,” and must be entered in the shopping cart to redeem the benefit.
Art. 6 – Return Policy
6.1. Product returns are subject to Sabon’s return policy.
6.2. Benefits or gift products are not refundable in cash.
6.3. If a product purchased during the Campaign is exchanged, the replacement product will be sold at the current price, unless it is part of another Campaign or special offer.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer may take measures against fraud, abuse, or other actions affecting the Campaign.
7.2. The Organizer is not liable for events of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Art. 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. Force majeure includes, without limitation, wars, fires, floods, strikes, earthquakes, other disasters, or any regulations affecting the Campaign. In such cases, the Organizer may suspend, modify, or cancel the Campaign with an official announcement.
7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for delivery delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or other service providers.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings reserves the right to amend these Rules through an addendum, published on the official website and available in stores.
8.3. Complaints regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at its registered office within 14 business days from the end of the Campaign.
8.4. Any disputes between the Organizer and Participants will be resolved amicably, or if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
