Campaign Period: 01.04.2026 – 12.04.2026
Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under number J2005007199401, fiscal code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Campaign Duration and Location
The Buy More Save More Campaign is organized and will take place during the period 01.04.2026 – 12.04.2026, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon stores located throughout Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Regulations
3.1 The official Campaign Regulations are available free of charge to any requester, in electronic format on www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Regulations section, and in physical format upon request in Sabon stores.
The campaign is active only for Royal Passport members.
3.2 According to the Organizer’s decision, the Campaign may be promoted for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information contained in such materials will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Art. 4 – Right of Participation
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals and legal entities (“Participants”) with domicile or residence, respectively registered office in Romania, or who, in the case of distance purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the participation of any person who does not comply with the Regulations, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to act with the intention of disturbing, abusing, threatening, or harassing any person, without the obligation to provide evidence.
Art. 5 – Products Included in the Campaign
5.1 Sabon products included in the Campaign are subject to the following promotional discounts, depending on the value of the shopping cart, within the limits of available stock:
• 20% discount for purchases of minimum 250 RON
• 25% discount for purchases of minimum 300 RON
The offer does not apply to the Royal Passport loyalty card, Gift Cards, or shopping bags.
5.2 The offer is available in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, within the limits of available stock.
5.3 In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the checkout if the cart value conditions are met.
5.4 Participants may purchase the products for personal use only, not for resale.
5.5 The Buy More Save More offer cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns available in Sabon stores in Romania or with offers available on www.sabon.ro or obtained through a loyalty card. However, it may be combined with Gift With Purchase campaigns, if this is mentioned in the respective campaign regulations available on www.sabon.ro or in Sabon stores.
Art. 6 – Return Conditions
6.1 The return of purchased products will be carried out in accordance with the return policy valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2 The cash equivalent of the granted discount will not be offered.
6.3 If the customer chooses to replace a product purchased during the Campaign, the replacement product will no longer benefit from the respective offer, unless the product itself is part of another Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the moment of replacement, the price valid at the replacement date will apply.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to fraud the system, abuse, or any actions that may affect the image of this Campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, according to the provisions of art. 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of these Regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or foreseen by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the Organizer to fulfill its obligations under these Regulations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulations.
If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the Organizer’s opinion, affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign.
If the Campaign ends due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign locations.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays in product deliveries caused by delays in services provided by suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, Participants agree to comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of these Regulations.
8.2 Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Regulations through an addendum whenever necessary, with the publication of the addendum on the official website www.sabon.ro and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3 Any complaint related to the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Regulations within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end of the Campaign.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Campaign participants will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts of law.
