OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“BUY MORE, SAVE MORE + GIFT”**
Campaign Period: December 15 – December 25, 2025

Article 1 – Organizer

The promotional campaign “Buy More, Save More + Gift” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Sabon Holdings S.R.L., having its registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfinții Voievozi no. 65, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7199/2005, having VAT code RO16222607, legally represented by Mr. Ioan-Cristian Luca – General Manager.

Article 2 – Campaign Duration and Location

The Campaign will take place between December 15 – December 25, 2025, both on the website www.sabon.ro and in all physical Sabon Holdings stores located in Romania.

Article 3 – Official Rules of the Campaign

3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available free of charge:

in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro, under the Campaign Regulations section;
in printed format, upon request, in all Sabon stores.
The Campaign is available exclusively to Royal Passport members.

3.2. The Organizer may promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. The content of such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Official Rules.

Article 4 – Eligibility

4.1. The Campaign is open to all natural persons and legal entities (“Participants”) who:

have their domicile, residence, or registered office in Romania; or
in the case of online purchases, can provide a valid delivery address in Romania.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who:

does not comply with these Official Rules;
is suspected of fraud;
acts in an unethical, abusive, or disruptive manner; or
is determined to have the intent to harm or interfere with the Campaign or the Organizer’s image.

Article 5 – Eligible Products and Campaign Mechanism

5.1. During the Campaign, Sabon products are subject to progressive discounts based on the total purchase amount, as follows:

15% discount for purchases over 300 RON + free gift: Mini Hand Cream 30 ml, fragrance of choice (while stocks last);
20% discount for purchases over 400 RON + free gift: Hand Butter 30 ml, fragrance of choice (while stocks last);
30% discount for purchases over 500 RON + free gift: Shower Oil 300 ml, fragrance of choice (while stocks last).
5.2. The offer does not apply to:

Royal Passport Loyalty Cards;
Gift Cards;
products included in the OUTLET category.
5.3. The offer is valid in all Sabon physical stores in Romania and online at www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.

5.4. In physical stores, the discount will be applied directly at the checkout.

5.5. For online purchases, the discount will be applied after adding the products to the cart and entering the promo code BMSM.

5.6. Participants may purchase products for personal use only and not for resale purposes.

5.7. The “Buy More, Save More + Gift” Campaign cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions, discounts, or loyalty program benefits.

Article 6 – Return Policy

6.1. Returns of purchased products shall comply with Sabon’s general return policy applicable in its store network.

6.2. The monetary equivalent of the discounts or gifts offered cannot be reimbursed in cash.

6.3. In the event a product purchased under this Campaign is replaced, the replacement product will not benefit from the same discount or gift, unless it is part of another ongoing promotion at the time of replacement.

Article 7 – Limitation of Liability

7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in the event of attempted fraud, abuse, or any actions that could negatively affect the proper conduct or reputation of the Campaign.

7.2. The Organizer shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, as defined under Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.

7.3. For the purpose of these Rules, force majeure refers to any unforeseeable and unavoidable event that prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations, including but not limited to: wars, natural disasters, strikes, fires, pandemics, governmental regulations, or major technical failures.

7.4. If the Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control (including fraud, force majeure, or technical difficulties), the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign, with public notice of such action.

7.5. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delivery delays caused by suppliers, courier services, or other third-party logistics providers.

Article 8 – Final Provisions

8.1. By purchasing participating products, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

8.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules through an addendum whenever necessary. Any such addendum will be published on the official website www.sabon.ro and made available to customers in Sabon stores.

8.3. Any complaints regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end of the Campaign.

8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants shall be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the disputes will be referred to the competent Romanian courts of law.
