Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, registered in the Trade Register under number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and location of the Campaign
The “2 PLUS 1 free” promotional campaign is organized and will take place between July 11, 2025, and July 20, 2025, in Sabon Holdings physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any applicant, free of charge, in physical format, upon request, at Sabon stores.
The Campaign is only open to Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Natural persons or legal entities (“Participants”) domiciled or resident in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to prove it with evidence.
Art. 5 – Products involved in the Campaign, campaign mechanism.
5.1 All SABON products are involved in the campaign, with the exception of the new Minty Spark Yuzu collection.
Campaign mechanism: add any 3 products to your shopping cart and you will receive the product with the lowest price for free, with the exception of the new Minty Spark Yuzu collection.
5.2 The offer is available in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.
5.3. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the checkout.
5.4 In the online store, the discount is applied after adding the products to the cart and applying the promotional code SABONTRIO
5.5. Participants may only purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
5.6 The “2 PLUS 1 free” campaign cannot be combined
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. Returned products will be handled in accordance with the return conditions applicable in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash value of the discount granted will not be refunded.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased during the Campaign, the new replacement product will not benefit from the respective offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
6.4 Given that the products participating in the campaign are part of limited edition collections with limited stock, they cannot be replaced if they arrive in unsuitable condition at their destination. In this case, the customer will receive a refund if the damaged product that needs to be replaced is no longer in stock.
Art.7 – Limitation of liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of these rules, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or predicted by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the latter to fulfill its obligations under these rules. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other disasters of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 8. Final provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, www.sabon.ro, and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
