Art. 1 – The Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), headquartered in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under number J2005007199401, with fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by CRISTIAN-IOAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Location of the Campaign
The campaign is organized and will take place between November 6–9, 2025, on the website www.sabon.ro, from 00:00 to 23:59, and in Sabon stores from 10:00 to 22:00.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available free of charge to any interested party, in electronic format on the sabon.ro website, under the “Campaign Rules” section, and in physical format upon request in Sabon stores.
The campaign is valid only for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s sole discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for informational purposes, including through advertising or informational materials. Any information in such materials shall be interpreted according to the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to natural persons and legal entities (“Participants”) with residence or registered office in Romania, or who, in the case of distance purchases, can provide a delivery address in Romania.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its discretion, the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically or disruptively, or is determined to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without the obligation to provide proof.
Art. 5 – Products Included in the Campaign
5.1. Discounts of up to 50% will apply to a selection of Sabon products determined by the Organizer, and a 25% discount will apply to all products, except for the new Majestic Gala Christmas Collection.
The offer cannot be combined with the 10% Royal Passport discount, and it does not apply to Loyalty Cards, Gift Cards, the Christmas collection, or any other non-participating products.
The list of participating products is attached to this regulation.
5.2. The offer is valid both online and in Sabon stores across Romania, subject to stock availability.
5.3. Participants may purchase products for personal use only, not for resale.
5.4. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at checkout.
Art. 6 – Return Policy
6.1. Returns will be made according to the return policy in effect at Sabon stores.
6.2. The cash value of the discount will not be reimbursed.
6.3. If a customer chooses to replace a product purchased in the Campaign, the replacement product will not benefit from the discount, unless it is itself part of a Campaign or special offer. At the time of replacement, the new product will be sold at the price valid on that date.
Art. 7 – Order Delivery
7.1. Orders placed on www.sabon.ro will be shipped exclusively via express courier.
Delivery costs: 15 lei for orders under 230 lei, 10 lei for easybox deliveries, and free for orders over 230 lei.
Maximum delivery time: 7 business days.
Art. 8 – Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Organizer may take all necessary measures in cases of system fraud, abuse, or any actions that may harm the campaign’s image.
8.2. The Organizer is not liable for force majeure or fortuitous events, according to Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
8.3. Force majeure refers to any event beyond the Organizer’s control that prevents it from fulfilling its obligations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, other disasters, or regulations that prohibit or modify the Campaign.
If the Campaign cannot continue as planned due to such causes, fraud, technical issues, or other reasons affecting its fairness, security, integrity, or proper conduct, the Organizer may cancel, suspend, or modify the Campaign. An official announcement will be made if the Campaign is terminated early.
8.4. The Organizer is not responsible for delays caused by external service providers, courier companies, or other delivery-related factors.
Art. 9 – Final Provisions
9.1. By purchasing a participating product, participants agree to comply with all terms and conditions of these Rules.
9.2. Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Rules via an addendum, which will be published on www.sabon.ro and made available in stores.
9.3. Complaints regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 business days of the Campaign’s end.
9.4. Any disputes between the Organizer and participants will be settled amicably, or, if not possible, by the competent courts.
