Campaign Period: 29.05.2026 – 31.05.2026

 

Art. 1 – Organizer
The campaign is organized by Sabon Romania (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), headquartered in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/7199/2005, sole registration code RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca – General Manager.

 

Art. 2 – Campaign Duration and Location
The “Weekend Pampering – Green Rose Body Scrub” campaign takes place from May 29, 2026 to May 31, 2026, exclusively online on www.sabon.ro.

 

Art. 3 – Official Regulations
3.1.
The official regulations are available free of charge:

electronically, on www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Regulations section.
3.2.
The campaign may be promoted through various informational and advertising materials, and the information contained therein shall be interpreted in accordance with these regulations.

 

Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1.
The campaign is open to individuals or legal entities (“Participants”) who:

have their domicile, residence, or registered office in Romania; or
can provide a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary (for online purchases).
4.2.
The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person who:

does not comply with these regulations;
is suspected of fraud;
acts in an unethical, abusive, or disruptive manner, without the need to provide evidence.

Art. 5 – Campaign Mechanism
5.1.
The campaign is exclusively dedicated to Royal Passport members and is available only online on www.sabon.ro during May 29–31, 2026.

5.2.
As part of the campaign, the Green Rose Body Scrub, 600 g, benefits from a special promotional price of 79 RON, while stocks last.

Discount: 100 RON
For online purchases, the discount is applied automatically in the shopping cart after logging into the Royal Passport member account.

5.3.
This campaign cannot be combined with any other ongoing discounts, offers, or benefits.

5.4.
The campaign can be combined with vouchers offered within the Royal Passport loyalty program.

 

Art. 6 – Return Conditions
6.1.
Products purchased during the campaign may be returned according to Sabon’s return policy valid at the respective time.

6.2.
The value of the discount granted will not be refunded in cash.

6.3.
If a product purchased during the campaign is exchanged, the replacement product will not benefit from the promotional price of 79 RON, unless it is itself part of an active campaign. The replacement product will have the price valid on the exchange date.

 

Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1.
The Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary measures in the event of fraud attempts, abuse, or actions that may affect the image of the campaign.

7.2.
Sabon shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, according to Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.

7.3.
For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any unforeseeable and unavoidable event preventing the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations, such as wars, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, blockades, governmental regulations, or other similar events.

If, due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties, the campaign cannot be carried out as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign, publicly announcing such decision.

7.4.
The Organizer is not responsible for delays in product delivery caused by suppliers, courier services, or other circumstances beyond its control.

 

Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1.
By purchasing a product participating in the campaign, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted the terms of these regulations.

8.2.
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these regulations through an addendum published on www.sabon.ro.

8.3.
Any complaint regarding the campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 working days from the end of the campaign.

8.4.
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
