Art. 1 - The organizer  
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager. 

Art. 2 - Duration and location of the Campaign  
The "Face Cream GIFT for every 500 lei spent" campaign is organized and will be held between 01.08.2025 - 31.08.2025, on www.sabon.ro. 
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Regulations  
3.1. The official Campaign Regulations are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Regulations section.  
The Campaign is active only for Royal Passport members.  
3.2. According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with these Rules. 

Art. 4 - Right to participate  
4.1 Individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary, may participate in the Campaign.  
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.  

 Art 5. - Products involved in the campaign  
5.1. Sabon products involved in this promotional campaign are:  
Moisturizing Face Cream Damask Rose 80 ml, worth 299 lei, will be offered GIFT for purchases of minimum 500 lei (representing the final amount of the shopping cart resulting from the application of Royal Passport membership discounts) online, on sabon.ro, by applying the promotional code: GIFT299 for online purchases. 
5.2 The campaign "Face cream GIFT for every 500 lei spent" is not cumulative with other existing promotional campaigns on the sabon.ro website, but is cumulative with the discounts offered on the basis of the loyalty card such as: 10% on any product, 25% on the product of the month or 35% on products reported in the OUTLET category. 
5.3 The offer is cumulative with other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon. 
5.4 The offer is not cumulative with the purchase of a Gift voucher (Gift Card). If the beneficiary of such a card, a Royal Passport member, wishes to use the amount available, he/she may benefit from the promotional campaigns available on the sabon.ro website, valid at the time of purchase. 
5.5 The products offered cannot be substituted with other assortments/gifts.  
The offer is available online at www.sabon.ro, subject to stock availability, valid for Royal Passport card holders.  
 Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not for remarketing. 

 
Art. 6 - Return conditions  
6.1. The return of the purchased products will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.  
6.2. The cash value of the discount granted or the product offered free of charge will not be refunded.  
6.3 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased as part of the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product. 

Art.7 - Limitation of liability 
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign. 
7.2 The Organizer is exonerated from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of art. 1351 Civil Code. 
7.3 For the purposes of this Regulation, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer and whose occurrence renders the Organizer unable to fulfill its obligations under this Regulation. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign.  
In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.  
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the Products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.  

Art 8. Final provisions  
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to observe and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.  
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Regulations by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro.  
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules. 
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
