OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN
“GWP 2–3 Free Minis”
Campaign Period: January 16–31
Art. 1 – Organizer
The promotional campaign “GWP 2–3 Free Minis” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by SABON Holdings S.R.L., with registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfinții Voievozi no. 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, VAT no. RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca, General Manager (hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer”).
Art. 2 – Campaign Period and Location
The Campaign is conducted during the period January 16–31, subject to stock availability, both on the online store www.sabon.ro and in all SABON physical stores in Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. These official rules are available free of charge, upon request, in all participating SABON stores, as well as on the Organizer’s official website.
3.2. The Campaign is addressed exclusively to holders of the Royal Passport loyalty card, including new customers who create or purchase a Royal Passport card during the Campaign period.
3.3. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information communicated through such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these official rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to natural persons and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) domiciled, resident or having their registered office in Romania, who comply with the provisions of these official rules.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude any Participant who fails to comply with these official rules, is suspected of fraud, acts in an unethical manner, or attempts to interfere with the proper conduct of the Campaign.
Art. 5 – Participating Products and Campaign Mechanism
5.1. Campaign Mechanism
Within the Campaign, eligible Participants receive free mini products (“Gift With Purchase – GWP”) as follows:
2 free mini products for purchases with a minimum value of RON 300,
3 free mini products for purchases with a minimum value of RON 350.
The purchase value is calculated after applying all discounts, regardless of the sales channel (online or physical stores), and the offer is valid while stocks last.
5.2. Free Mini Products
The free mini products offered within the Campaign may include:
Shower Oil 50 ml or 100 ml,
Shampoo 50 ml,
Silky Body Milk 50 ml.
The mini products are granted randomly, depending on stock availability, without the possibility of selection by the Participant.
5.3. Eligibility Condition
The Campaign is available exclusively to Royal Passport loyalty card holders, including customers who enroll in the loyalty program during the Campaign period.
5.4. Compatibility with Other Benefits
The Campaign is cumulative with:
SABON Gift Vouchers or other vouchers issued by the Organizer,
Royal Passport member benefits, such as:
10% discount,
25% discount on the product of the month,
35% discount on outlet products,
subject to the terms and conditions applicable to each offer.
5.5. Intended Use of Products
Products purchased within the Campaign are intended exclusively for personal use. Purchasing products for resale purposes is strictly prohibited.
Art. 6 – Return Conditions
6.1. The return of products purchased within the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with SABON’s return policy in force.
6.2. In the event of a full or partial return, if the final purchase value no longer meets the Campaign conditions, the Organizer reserves the right to request the return of the free mini products or to retain their equivalent value.
6.3. In case of an exchange of a product purchased within the Campaign, the replacement product shall no longer benefit from the Campaign advantages, unless it is subject to another valid promotion.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse, or any actions that may affect the image or the proper conduct of the Campaign.
7.2. The Organizer shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. Force majeure refers to any unforeseeable, unavoidable, and independent event beyond the Organizer’s control, including but not limited to natural disasters, armed conflicts, strikes, restrictive regulations, or governmental acts.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or other entities involved in the delivery process.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted these official rules.
8.2. The Organizer reserves the right to amend these official rules during the Campaign by addenda, which shall be published on the official website www.sabon.ro and made available in SABON stores.
8.3. Any complaint regarding the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 business days from the end of the Campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants shall be settled amicably, and if this is not possible, they shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
