Minty Spinning Online Campaign Regulations
Period: 01 - 31.08.2025
Art. 1 - The organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
Minty Spinning Campaign is organized and will take place between 1 - 31.08.2025 on the website www.sabon.ro.
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any applicant, free of charge, for the entire duration in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro in the Campaign Rules section.
The Campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 At the free discretion of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including by means of advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing, respectively headquartered, in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary, may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5. - Products involved in the Campaign
5.1 The prizes of each random draw may represent Sabon products/benefits offered within the limit of available stock as follows:
-40% for purchases of minimum 250 lei
-25% on all products
- Mango-Kiwi Shower Oil 300ml GIFT with purchases of minimum 230 lei
- Set of 3 mini products GIFT with purchases of minimum 200 lei
- Foot cream worth 59 lei + 20% discount (RP benefit) GIFT with purchase of full size ritual
- Green Rose Shower Oil 100ml GIFT with purchase of any 2 products
- Offer does not apply to Royal Passport Loyalty Card, Gift Card, shopping bag.
5.2 Offer is available on the website at www.sabon.ro , subject to stock availability.
5.3 Participants may purchase products for personal use only, not for remarketing.
5.4 The Minty Spinning campaign is not cumulative with other offers on the website www.sabon.ro or obtained as a result of holding a loyalty card.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of purchased products will be made in compliance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash value of the discount granted will not be refunded.
6.3. In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased as part of the Campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from the offer in question, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For the sake of clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exonerated from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of art. 1351 Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of this Regulation, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied or foreseen by the Organizer and whose occurrence renders the Organizer unable to fulfill its obligations under this Regulation. These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulation. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In case the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location
7.4. The Organizer will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. FINAL PROVISIONS
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to abide by and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Regulations by means of an additional act whenever necessary, with the publication of the additional act on the official website of the Organizer, namely www.sabon.ro , and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
