Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfintii Voievozi, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, registration number in the Trade Register J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and location of the Campaign
The "Gift of your choice with the purchase of the ritual" campaign is organized and will take place between September 1, 2025, and September 30, 2025, on www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings physical stores located in Romania.
Art. 3 - Official rules of the Campaign
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The Campaign is only active for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Natural persons or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or resident in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its discretion, the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to prove it with evidence.
Art. 5. – Products involved in the campaign
The Sabon products involved in this promotional campaign are:

• Foot cream, 50 ml worth 59 lei,
• Olive Bliss bath glove worth 39 lei
• Olive Bliss Cica mini body cream worth 45 lei
At the customer’s choice, these will be offered as a GIFT, while stocks last, with the purchase of a full-size body ritual with the fragrance of your choice. Promotional code: EXTRABENEFICIU applies in the field dedicated to promotional codes.
The ritual includes the following products:
500 ml shower oil
600 g body scrub
One of the following moisturizing products: (200 ml body cream, 200 ml body lotion)
5.2 The "FREE foot cream with the purchase of a ritual" campaign can be combined with discounts offered based on the loyalty card, such as: 20% discount on the purchase of a ritual, but cannot be combined with the 35% OUTLET discount.
The offer can be combined with gift vouchers and other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon. The products offered cannot be replaced with other varieties/scents.
The offer is available both in physical stores and online at www.sabon.ro, while stocks last, valid for Royal Passport card holders.
Participants may only purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. Returned products must comply with the return conditions applicable in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash value of the discount granted or the product offered free of charge will not be refunded.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased during the Campaign, the new replacement product will not benefit from the same offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 – Limitation of liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Article 8. Final provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, namely www.sabon.ro http://www.yves-rocher/, and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
