Art. 1 – Organizer
The campaign is organized by Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), headquartered in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J40/7199/2005, unique registration code RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Location
The campaign “Find the Perfect Foam” takes place between 01.05.2026 and 15.05.2026, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings physical stores in Romania.
Art. 3 – Official Rules
3.1. The official rules are available free of charge:
• in electronic format on www.sabon.ro, in the “Campaign Regulations” section;
• in printed format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
3.2. The campaign may be promoted through various informational and advertising materials, and the information contained therein shall be interpreted in accordance with these rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The campaign is open to individuals or legal entities (“Participants”) who:
• have their domicile, residence, or registered office in Romania; or
• can provide a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary (for online purchases).
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person who:
• does not comply with these rules;
• is suspected of fraud;
• acts in an unethical, abusive, or disruptive manner, without the need to provide evidence.
Art. 5 – Campaign Mechanism
5.1. The campaign is dedicated exclusively to Royal Passport program members and takes place both online, on www.sabon.ro, and in Sabon physical stores, during the period communicated by the Organizer.
5.2. Within the campaign, Royal Passport members are invited to interact with the digital experience available on the website, by following the indicated steps to discover the “perfect foam.”
5.3. Upon completing the experience, Royal Passport members will receive a voucher worth 50 RON, valid both online and in Sabon physical stores, for purchases of minimum 150 RON (after applying any discounts).
5.4. The voucher is valid for the purchase of shower oils from the new collection, with scents of choice, subject to stock availability, in sizes of 500 ml, 300 ml, 100 ml, or 50 ml.
5.5. The voucher can be combined with other benefits offered within the Royal Passport loyalty program.
5.6. To benefit from the voucher, the Royal Passport client must be logged into their RP account, scan the QR code (if participating from Sabon stores), and generate a moderate amount of shower oil drops in order to achieve the perfect foam.
Within the interaction, there are three types of messages:
if too few drops are generated, the message “Try again” will be displayed;
if too many drops are generated, the same message, “Try again,” will be displayed;
if a moderate amount of drops is generated and the perfect foam is achieved, the discount code will be automatically generated.
Art. 6 – Return Conditions
6.1. Returns of products purchased במסגרת the campaign are made in accordance with Sabon’s return policy valid at that time.
6.2. The value of the granted discount is non-refundable in cash.
6.3. In case of product replacement, the new product will not benefit from the 25% discount, unless it is part of an active campaign. The new product will have the price valid at the time of replacement.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take any necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse, or actions that may affect the campaign’s image.
7.2. Sabon is not liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, in accordance with Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3. For the purposes of these rules, force majeure means any unforeseeable and unavoidable event preventing the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations, such as: wars, fires, floods, earthquakes, strikes, blockades, governmental regulations, or similar events.
If, due to force majeure, fraud, or technical issues, the campaign cannot be carried out as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the campaign, with public notice.
7.4. The Organizer is not responsible for any delays in product delivery caused by suppliers, courier services, or other circumstances beyond its control.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the campaign, participants confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these rules through an addendum, published on www.sabon.ro and available in stores.
8.3. Any complaint regarding the campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s headquarters within 14 working days from the end of the campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be settled amicably, or, failing that, by the competent courts of Romania.
