PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN RULES
“2 body products – selection +1 free hand cream”
Period: September 16, 2025 – September 30, 2025
Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and location of the Campaign
The "2 body products – selection +1 free hand butter" campaign is organized and will take place between 16.09.2025 and 30.09.2025, both online, on www.sabon.ro, and in SABON physical stores.
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section.
The Campaign is only active for Royal Passport members and new customers who purchase a Royal Passport card.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Individuals or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or resident in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to provide evidence.
Art. 5 – Products involved in the campaign
5.1 SABON products participating in this promotional campaign are listed in the appendix to the regulations.
Campaign mechanism:
When purchasing two products from the selection, the customer receives a free hand cream (flavor of their choice), worth 95 lei, while stocks last, using the unique code: CARE.
5.2 The campaign can be combined with the benefits offered by the loyalty card (e.g., 10% discount), but cannot be combined with other ongoing promotional campaigns.
The offer cannot be combined with gift vouchers and other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon. The products offered cannot be replaced with other assortments/scents.
The offer is available online at www.sabon.ro and in SABON stores while stocks last, valid for Royal Passport cardholders.
Participants may only purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. Returned products must comply with the return conditions applicable in the Sabon store network.
6.2. No cash equivalent will be given for discounts or free products.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased during the Campaign, the new replacement product will not benefit from the same offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 – Limitation of liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of these regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or predicted by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the latter to fulfill its obligations under these regulations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other disasters of any kind, as well as any regulations that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulations. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 8. Final provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, namely www.sabon.ro http://www.yves-rocher/, and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
