OFFICIAL RULES OF THE PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN

“UP TO 50% OFF”**
Period: December 26, 2025 – January 15, 2026

Article 1 – Organizer

The promotional campaign “Up to 50% Off” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by Sabon Holdings S.R.L., having its registered office in Bucharest, Strada Sfinții Voievozi no. 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J40/7199/2005, VAT no. RO16222607, legally represented by Cristian-Ioan Luca – General Manager.

Article 2 – Duration and Venue of the Campaign

The Campaign will take place between December 26, 2025 and January 15, 2026, as follows:

Online, on the website www.sabon.ro, between 00:00 – 23:59;
In Sabon Holdings physical stores across Romania, between 10:00 – 22:00.

Article 3 – Official Rules of the Campaign

3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available free of charge:

in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Regulations section;
in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The Campaign is available exclusively for Royal Passport members.

3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information presented in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Official Rules.

Article 4 – Eligibility

4.1. The Campaign is open to natural and legal persons (“Participants”) who have their residence or registered office in Romania, or, in the case of online purchases, can provide a valid delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the participation of any person who:

fails to comply with these Official Rules;
is suspected of fraud;
acts in an unethical, abusive, or disruptive manner; or
is deemed to intentionally interfere with, abuse, threaten, or harass any person or to disrupt the proper conduct of the Campaign.

Article 5 – Eligible Products and Offer Conditions

5.1. Within the Campaign, a selection of Sabon products will benefit from discounts of up to 50%, as determined by the Organizer, while stocks last.

The offer cannot be combined with:

the 10% discount granted to Royal Passport members;
any other ongoing promotional offers;
the purchase of Gift Cards or Loyalty Cards;
products that are not included in the participating list.
The list of participating products is attached as an annex to these Official Rules.

5.2. The offer is valid both online at www.sabon.ro and in Sabon physical stores across Romania, subject to stock availability.

5.3. Discounts in physical stores will be applied directly at the checkout.

5.4. Products purchased within the Campaign are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale purposes.

Article 6 – Return Policy

6.1. Product returns shall comply with Sabon’s general return policy applicable in its network of stores.

6.2. The monetary equivalent of the discount granted will not be refunded.

6.3. If a customer chooses to exchange a product purchased under this Campaign, the replacement product will not benefit from the promotional discount, unless it is itself part of an active Campaign or special offer at the time of exchange. The price applicable at the time of replacement shall apply.

Article 7 – Order Delivery

7.1. Orders placed on www.sabon.ro will be delivered exclusively via courier service.

Delivery costs:
15 RON for orders under 230 RON;
10 RON for orders delivered to an easybox;
Free delivery for orders over 230 RON or for in-store pickup from Sabon physical stores.
Delivery time is up to 7 working days.

Article 8 – Limitation of Liability

8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in case of attempted fraud, abuse, or any other actions that could negatively affect the image or integrity of the Campaign.

8.2. The Organizer shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.

8.3. For the purpose of these Rules, force majeure means any event beyond the Organizer’s control, which cannot be anticipated, avoided, or remedied, and which prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, or any other circumstances that may alter or prevent the implementation of the Campaign.

8.4. If, for reasons beyond the Organizer’s control (such as force majeure, technical issues, or fraud), the Campaign cannot be carried out as planned, the Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Campaign and will issue an official announcement in this regard.

8.5. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delivery delays caused by third-party service providers, such as courier companies or logistics partners.

Article 9 – Final Provisions

9.1. By purchasing any product included in the Campaign, participants acknowledge and agree to comply with all the terms and conditions of these Official Rules.

9.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Official Rules at any time through an addendum, which will be published on the official website www.sabon.ro and made available to customers in all Sabon stores.

9.3. Any complaint regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end date of the Campaign.

9.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants will be settled amicably, and if such resolution is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts of law.
