Art. 1 – Organizer
The “2+1 FREE ON EVERY PURCHASE” promotional campaign (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by SABON Holdings S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, Sector 1, with Trade Registry number J2005007199401 and unique registration code RO16222607, represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca, acting as Legal Representative.
Art. 2 – Duration and Location
The campaign will take place from July 10 to July 16, 2026, both on the online store www.sabon.ro and in all SABON physical stores in Romania, while supplies last.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. These rules are available free of charge upon request at all participating SABON stores, as well as on the Organizer’s official website.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information communicated through these materials shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to individuals and legal entities (“Participants”) domiciled, residing, or headquartered in Romania who meet the conditions set forth in these rules.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any person who fails to comply with the provisions of these rules, is suspected of fraud, acts in an unethical manner, or attempts to interfere with the fair conduct of the Campaign.
Art. 5 – Participating Products and Campaign Mechanism
5.1. All products sold by SABON, available in participating physical stores and on the website www.sabon.ro, are eligible for the Campaign, while supplies last.
5.2. During the Campaign period, upon the simultaneous purchase of three (3) eligible products, the customer receives the product with the lowest retail price among the three selected products free of charge.
5.3. If more than three participating products are purchased, the promotional mechanism described in Section 5.2 applies to each complete set of three eligible products within the same transaction, with the product having the lowest retail price in each set being offered free of charge.
Participating products not included in a complete set of three products are eligible for the benefits of the Royal Passport loyalty program, namely discounts of 10%, 25%, or 35%.
5.4. The product offered for free is always the product with the lowest sales price within the group of three eligible products that constitute the promotional offer.
5.5. The benefit granted as part of the Campaign cannot be exchanged, replaced, or converted into cash.
5.6. Products purchased as part of the Campaign may be bought exclusively for personal use; purchasing them for resale is prohibited.
5.7 Exceptions: The Campaign does not apply to products from the Papaya Loquat collection, products from the Gift Boutique, the Royal Passport loyalty card, gift cards, gift boxes or gift bags.

Art. 6 – Compatibility with Other Benefits and Promotions
6.1. The Campaign is compatible with vouchers issued under the Royal Passport loyalty program, subject to their terms and conditions of use.
6.2. The campaign is compatible with the benefits associated with Royal Passport membership status (10%, 25%, or 35%), which apply exclusively to products not covered by the promotional offer described in Art. 5.
6.3. The Campaign cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns organized by SABON, with promotions conducted in collaboration with business partners, with external promotional codes, or with any other commercial discounts that are not part of the Royal Passport loyalty program.
Art. 7 – Return Policy
7.1. Returns of products purchased as part of the Campaign are handled in accordance with the return policy in effect within the SABON network.
7.2. In the event of the return of one or more products that resulted in the granting of a promotional benefit, the Organizer reserves the right to recalculate the transaction amount and to recover or withhold the value of the benefit granted, as applicable.
Art. 8 – Limitation of Liability
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in the event of attempted fraud, abuse, or any actions that may affect the image or proper conduct of the Campaign.
8.2. The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
8.3. Force majeure is defined as any unforeseeable, insurmountable event beyond the Organizer’s control (including, but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, restrictive regulations, and government actions) that prevents the normal conduct of the Campaign.
8.4. The Organizer is not liable for any delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or other entities involved in the delivery process.
Art. 9 – Final Provisions
9.1. By purchasing the participating products, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions of these rules.
9.2. SABON Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these rules during the Campaign through addenda, which will be published on the official website www.sabon.ro and made available to customers in SABON stores.
9.3. Any complaint regarding the conduct of the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 business days of the Campaign’s end date.
9.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants will be resolved amicably; if this is not possible, they will be referred to the competent courts in Romania for resolution.
