Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and location of the Campaign
The Gift for Gift Campaign for the gift shop is organized and will take place between September 1, 2025, and September 10, 2025, on the website www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings stores located in Romania.
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The Campaign is only active for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 Natural persons or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or resident in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to provide evidence.
Art. 5. – Products involved in the Campaign
5.1 Sabon products involved in the campaign are subject to a promotion in which the following gift products are awarded based on the purchase threshold, while stocks last, exclusively for the purchase of gifts (in boxes) from the gift shop section:
· for gifts purchased with values between: 200 and 300 lei (after applying member discounts) you receive a free 300 ml shower oil, with the scent of your choice.
· For gifts purchased with values over 300 lei (after applying member discounts), you will receive a free 500 ml shower oil, with the scent of your choice.
· The offer does not apply to the Royal Passport Loyalty Card, Gift Card, or shopping bag.
5.2 The offer is available in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.
5.3. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the cash register, and in the online store, on www.sabon.ro, the promotional code DARDINDAR must be entered in the promotional code field.
5.4. Participants may purchase products for personal use only, not for resale.
5.5 The campaign cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns existing in Sabon Holdings stores in Romania or offers available on the website www.sabon.ro or obtained as a result of holding a loyalty card, but it can be combined with Gift With Purchase campaigns, if this is mentioned in the rules of the respective campaign, available on sabon.ro or in SABON physical stores.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of purchased products will be carried out in accordance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2. The cash equivalent of the discount granted will not be paid.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased under the Campaign, the new replacement product will no longer benefit from the offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 – Limitation of liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
7.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purposes of these regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or predicted by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the latter to fulfill its obligations under these regulations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other disasters of any kind, as well as any regulations that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulations. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be conducted as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 8. Final provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, www.sabon.ro, and making it available to customers in stores.
8.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
