OFFICIAL PROMOTIONAL CAMPAIGN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Campaign Period: 23.07.2026 – 26.07.2026

 

Art. 1 – Organizer

Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2005007199401, VAT no. RO 16222607, represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – acting as legally authorized representative.

 

Art. 2 – Campaign Period and Location

The promotional campaign "50% OFF on a selected range of OUTLET products with the purchase of at least 2 participating products" is organized and will take place between 23.07.2026 and 26.07.2026 for a selected range of OUTLET products, in SABON physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro.

 

Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules

3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available free of charge, upon request, in printed format in SABON stores.

The Campaign is available exclusively to Royal Passport members.

3.2. At its sole discretion, the Organizer may promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Official Rules.

 

Art. 4 – Eligibility

4.1. The Campaign is open to individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as the "Participants") residing or having their registered office in Romania or, for distance purchases, who can provide a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.

4.2. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any person who does not comply with these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or is deemed to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without being required to provide evidence thereof.

 

Art. 5 – Products Included in the Campaign

5.1. The products included in the Campaign are selected products from the OUTLET category.

Customers benefit from a 50% discount on participating products only when purchasing a minimum of 2 participating products, regardless of the total basket value and subject to stock availability.

The 50% discount is calculated from the standard retail price of each participating product.

The offer is valid only for purchases including at least 2 participating products. If only one participating product is purchased, the discount will not apply.

If more than two participating products are purchased, the 50% discount applies to all participating products included in the shopping basket.

For online purchases, the list of participating products is attached as an annex to these Terms and Conditions. In SABON physical stores, participating products will be clearly marked on the shelves.

5.2. The offer is available in SABON physical stores throughout Romania and on www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.

5.3. In physical stores, the discount will be applied directly at checkout.

5.4. For online purchases, the discount is automatically applied after adding at least two participating products to the shopping cart.

5.5. Participants may purchase the products solely for personal use and not for resale purposes.

5.6. The offer "50% OFF on a selected range of OUTLET products with the purchase of at least 2 participating products" cannot be combined with any other offers available in SABON Romania stores, on www.sabon.ro or with discounts obtained through any loyalty card.

The Campaign may be combined with Birthday vouchers and Royal Passport Anniversary vouchers.

5.7. The offer "50% OFF on a selected range of OUTLET products with the purchase of at least 2 participating products" cannot be combined with offers available through partner websites or applications such as Kaufland Card, Lidl Plus, Dr. Max, Douglas, eMAG, Fashion Days or any other platforms selling SABON products.

5.8. Participating OUTLET products are clearly identified in physical stores and can be found online in the OUTLET section.

Art. 6 – Return Policy

6.1. Returns of purchased products shall be handled in accordance with SABON’s standard return policy.

6.2. The monetary value of the discount granted under this Campaign cannot be redeemed in cash.

6.3. If a customer chooses to replace a product purchased under the Campaign, the replacement product will no longer benefit from the Campaign discount unless it is itself subject to another promotion or special offer. The price applicable to the replacement product shall be the one valid on the replacement date.

6.4. As the products participating in the Campaign belong to limited collections and are available in limited quantities, they cannot be replaced if they arrive damaged and are no longer in stock. In such cases, the customer will receive a full refund.

 

7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in the event of fraud attempts, abuse or any actions that may affect the image or proper conduct of the Campaign.

7.2. The Organizer shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, pursuant to Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.

7.3. For the purpose of these Rules, force majeure means any event beyond the Organizer’s control that cannot reasonably be foreseen or remedied and which prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under these Rules. Such events include, without limitation: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, natural disasters and any legal or regulatory changes affecting the Campaign. If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be conducted as planned due to force majeure, fraud, technical issues or any other causes beyond the Organizer’s control, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend or suspend the Campaign. In such cases, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.

7.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays in product delivery caused by courier services or other third-party service providers.

 

Art. 8 – Final Provisions

8.1. By purchasing a participating product, Participants agree to comply with these Official Campaign Rules.

8.2. Sabon Holdings Romania S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an addendum whenever necessary. Any such addendum will be published on the Organizer’s official website, www.sabon.ro, and made available in SABON stores.

8.3. Any complaint regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at its registered office within fourteen (14) business days from the end of the Campaign.

8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants shall first be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the disputes shall be resolved by the competent Romanian courts.
