Art. 1 - Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter "Sabon"), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, number 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA - General Manager.
Art. 2 - Duration and venue of the Campaign
The campaign "Complete the quiz and win a voucher worth 70 lei" is organized and will run from 01-31.05.2025, on www.sabon.ro
Art. 3 - Official Campaign Rules
3.1 The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the sabon.ro website, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The campaign is active for Royal Passport members only.
3.2 According to the free decision of the Organizer, the Campaign may be publicized in order to inform the public, including by means of advertising and/or informative materials. The information that such materials may contain shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 - Right to participate
4.1 The Campaign is open to individuals or legal entities "Participants") domiciled or residing, respectively headquartered in Romania or who, in the case of remote purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its sole discretion the participation of any person who fails to comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner or who is determined to be acting with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person, without the obligation to prove it with evidence.
Art 5 - Campaign mechanism
5.1 In order to participate in the campaign, the participant must be a Royal Passport member and logged into their membership account. Eligible entrants will complete the questionnaire available at the link: https://www.sabon.ro/ro/hair-ritual, which contains questions relating to hair type and hair care routine.
At the end of the questionnaire, each participant will be recommended a scalp product from our hair care range. After filling in the questionnaire, the participant will request the voucher by clicking on the indicated button to receive it. The generated voucher will be added to the customer account.
The voucher is valid until May 31, 2025 and can be used exclusively for the purchase of one of the four hair care rituals:

Each member can fill in the questionnaire only once and can benefit from the 70 lei voucher only once.
The voucher is cumulative with other vouchers offered to customers by Sabon, such as the 40 lei birthday voucher and the 10% membership discount.
5.3. The voucher is not transferable, it cannot be replaced with the cash equivalent. In case of return of products purchased with the voucher, the amount of the voucher is not refundable and cannot be converted into cash or any other type of benefit.
5.4 The offer is available both in physical stores and online at www.sabon.ro, valid for Royal Passport card holders.
Participants will be able to purchase the products for personal use only, not for remarketing.
Art. 6 - Return conditions
6.1. The return of purchased products will be made in accordance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
6.2 In the event that the customer opts to replace the product purchased under the campaign, the new product that replaces it will no longer benefit from that offer, unless it is itself the subject of a campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art.7 - Limitation of liability
7.1 The organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of any attempts to defraud the system, abuse or any other attempts that could damage the image of this campaign.
7.2 The organizer is exempt from liability in case of force majeure or fortuitous event, according to the provisions of Article 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3 For the purpose of these regulations, force majeure means any event beyond the control, remedy or foreseeability of the Organizer, the occurrence of which renders the Organizer unable to fulfill its obligations under these regulations.
These events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other catastrophes of any kind, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Rules. If, for any reason, this Campaign is not capable of running as planned due to causes beyond the control of the Organizer, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes which, in the opinion of the Organizer, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
7.4 The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of the products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art 8. Final provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to respect and comply with all provisions, terms and conditions of these Rules.
8.2 Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend this Regulation by additional act whenever necessary.
8.3. Any complaint related to the running of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
