Campaign Period: August 7, 2026 – August 31, 2026
Article 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office at 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, Bucharest, Romania, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, VAT no. RO16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – Authorized Representative, organizes the promotional campaign "Summer Sale", in accordance with the provisions of these Official Rules.
Article 2 – Campaign Period and Location
The Summer Sale campaign is organized and carried out between August 7, 2026 and August 31, 2026, on www.sabon.ro and in Sabon Holdings stores in Romania.
As part of the campaign, the promotional game "Spin the Umbrella" is available:
Online, on www.sabon.ro;
Through a promotional wheel located in the following Sabon stores:
AFI Cotroceni;
Sun Plaza;
Feeria;
Palas Iași.
Participants who spin the promotional wheel in the above-mentioned stores are eligible for the same prizes available through the online promotional game, subject to these Official Rules.
Article 3 – Official Rules
3.1.
These Official Rules are available free of charge throughout the Campaign period in electronic format on www.sabon.ro, under the Campaign Rules section.
The Campaign is available exclusively to members of the Royal Passport loyalty program.
3.2.
The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Campaign through any communication channels deemed appropriate. All advertising and promotional materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Official Rules.
Article 4 – Eligibility
4.1.
The Campaign is open to natural persons and legal entities ("Participants") residing or established in Romania or, for online orders, able to provide a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2.
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any Participant who fails to comply with these Official Rules, is suspected of fraud or acts abusively or in bad faith, without the obligation to provide supporting evidence.
Article 5 – Campaign Benefits
As part of the Campaign, Participants may receive, through the "Spin the Umbrella" promotional game, one of the following randomly assigned benefits, subject to availability:
40% discount on all products;
25% discount on all products;
Buy 2, Get 1 Free;
FREE 300 ml Shower Oil (old version) with purchases of at least RON 200 after discounts;
FREE mini product with purchases of at least RON 150 after discounts;
FREE 300 ml Shampoo with the purchase of at least two full-size Body products.
Details of the Benefits
5.1. The Buy 2, Get 1 Free benefit grants the lowest-priced eligible product free of charge when purchasing three eligible products.
5.2. The FREE 300 ml Shower Oil benefit applies to the old version of the product and is granted with purchases of at least RON 200 after discounts.
5.3. The FREE mini product benefit applies to purchases of at least RON 150 after discounts.
5.4. The FREE 300 ml Shampoo benefit applies when purchasing at least two full-size products from the Body category.
Eligible full-size Body products include only:
500 ml Shower Oils;
600 g Body Scrubs;
200 ml Body Creams;
100 ml Hair & Body Oil.
5.5. Participation Mechanism
Each Royal Passport member may participate multiple times in the "Spin the Umbrella" promotional game.
A new participation becomes available only after claiming the previously won benefit.
During the Campaign, each Participant may claim a maximum of ten (10) prizes, subject to these Official Rules.
5.6.
The offer does not apply to:
Royal Passport loyalty cards;
Gift Cards;
Shopping bags;
Products from the Gift Shop category.
5.7.
The offer is available in Sabon stores in Romania and on www.sabon.ro, while stocks last.
5.8.
In physical stores, discounts and benefits are applied directly at checkout.
5.9.
Products purchased during the Campaign are intended for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale.
5.10.
The Summer Sale campaign cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns organized by Sabon Holdings Romania, other offers available on www.sabon.ro, or benefits associated with the Royal Passport loyalty program, except where expressly stated by the Organizer.
Article 6 – Returns
6.1.
Products purchased during the Campaign may be returned in accordance with Sabon’s return policy applicable in stores and on www.sabon.ro.
6.2.
Discounts and promotional benefits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
6.3.
If a Campaign product is exchanged, the replacement product will not automatically benefit from the same promotion unless it is included in an active promotion at the time of the exchange. The price valid on the exchange date shall apply.
Article 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1.
The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in the event of fraud, abuse or any actions that may affect the image or proper conduct of the Campaign.
7.2.
The Organizer shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances as provided by Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3.
Force majeure means any external, unforeseeable, absolutely unavoidable and irresistible event preventing the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under these Official Rules, including but not limited to fires, floods, earthquakes, wars, strikes, legal restrictions or similar events.
In such cases, the Organizer may amend, suspend or terminate the Campaign and will inform Participants by publishing a notice on www.sabon.ro.
7.4.
The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in product delivery caused by courier companies or other service providers.
Article 8 – Final Provisions
8.1.
By participating in the Campaign and purchasing participating products, Participants acknowledge that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules.
8.2.
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Official Rules by addendum whenever necessary, provided that such amendments are published on www.sabon.ro and made available in Sabon stores.
8.3.
Any complaint regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at its registered office within fourteen (14) business days following the end of the Campaign.
8.4.
Any disputes arising between the Organizer and Participants shall first be settled amicably. If no amicable settlement can be reached, the disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania.
