Campaign period: 01.09.2026 – 30.09.2026
Art. 1 – Organizer
The promotional campaign “75 ml Hand Butter Gift” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) is organized by SABON Holdings S.R.L., having its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Registry under no. J2005007199401, unique registration code RO16222607, legally represented by Ioan-Cristian Luca – Legal Representative.
Art. 2 – Campaign Period and Locations
The Campaign shall take place from 1 September 2026 to 30 September 2026, both in the online store www.sabon.ro and in all SABON physical stores in Romania, subject to stock availability.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Regulations
3.1. These Regulations are available free of charge, upon request, in all participating SABON stores, as well as on the Organizer’s official website, www.sabon.ro.
3.2. The Organizer reserves the right to promote the Campaign through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information communicated through such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to individuals and legal entities (“Participants”) who make purchases in SABON physical stores in Romania or on www.sabon.ro, subject to compliance with the conditions set out in these Regulations.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person who fails to comply with these Regulations, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically, or attempts to interfere with the fair conduct of the Campaign.
Art. 5 – Eligible Products and Campaign Mechanism
5.1. During the Campaign, customers who purchase a minimum of 2 (two) full-size products from the “Bath & Body” category, included in the Campaign selection, will receive the following complimentary gift:
1 (one) SABON 75 ml Hand Butter FREE OF CHARGE, in a fragrance of the customer’s choice, subject to fragrance and stock availability.
5.2. The following full-size products from the “Bath & Body” category, included in the Campaign selection, are eligible for the Campaign:
Shower Oil – 500 ml;
Body & Hair Oil – 100 ml;
Body Scrub – 600 g;
Body Cream – 200 ml;
Body Mask – 200 ml.
5.3. The complimentary gift is offered subject to stock availability. The customer may choose the fragrance of the 75 ml Hand Butter from the fragrances available at the time of purchase.
5.4. For purchases made in SABON physical stores, the complimentary gift shall be provided directly at checkout, provided that the eligibility criteria set out in these Regulations are met.
5.5. For purchases made online via www.sabon.ro, the complimentary gift shall be included in the eligible order, subject to stock availability.
5.6. The Campaign cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns currently in progress, but may be combined with:
the 10% member discount offered to SABON members;
vouchers issued under the SABON loyalty program, subject to their applicable terms and conditions.
5.7. Products from the OUTLET category are excluded from this Campaign, even if they fall within the product categories and full-size formats listed under Art. 5.2.
5.8. Products purchased as part of the Campaign may be purchased exclusively for personal use. Purchasing products for resale purposes is prohibited.

Art. 6 – Return Policy
6.1. Returns of products purchased during the Campaign shall be carried out in accordance with the return policy currently applicable within the SABON network.
6.2. In the event of the return of products that benefited from the complimentary gift offered under the Campaign, the customer must also return the free product received, in accordance with the applicable return conditions.
6.3. If the customer chooses to exchange a product purchased during the Campaign, the replacement product shall not automatically benefit from the Campaign offer, except where the replacement product is subject to another valid promotion.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in the event of attempted fraud, abuse, or any actions that may affect the image or proper conduct of the Campaign.
7.2. The Organizer shall be exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. Force majeure shall mean any unforeseeable, unavoidable event beyond the Organizer’s control, including, but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, strikes, restrictive regulations, or governmental acts, which prevent the normal conduct of the Campaign.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be held responsible for any delays caused by suppliers, couriers, or other entities involved in the delivery process.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By participating in the Campaign and making an eligible purchase, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and fully accepted the terms and conditions of these Regulations.
8.2. SABON Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Regulations during the Campaign by means of addenda, which shall be published on the official website www.sabon.ro and made available to customers in SABON stores.
8.3. Any complaint regarding the conduct of the Campaign may be submitted in writing to the Organizer’s registered office within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end date of the Campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants shall first be settled amicably. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached, the disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Romania.
