„Royal Passport Day” Promotional Campaign Rules
Period: 17 February 2025
Art. 1 – ORGANIZER
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, VAT no. RO16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Director.
Art. 2 – DURATION AND PLACE OF THE CAMPAIGN
The “Royal Passport Day” campaign is organized and will take place on 17.02.2025, on the website www.sabon.ro, starting at 00:00 and ending at 23:59, as well as in Sabon Holdings physical stores located on the territory of Romania, during store opening hours (10:00 – 22:00), exclusively for holders of the Royal Passport loyalty card.
Art. 3 – OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN RULES
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available free of charge to any interested person, in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro, in the “Campaign Rules” section, and in printed format, upon request, in Sabon physical stores located in Romania.
The Campaign is active exclusively for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s sole discretion, the Campaign may be promoted for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. Any such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Rules.
Art. 4 – ELIGIBILITY
4.1. The Campaign is open to natural persons and legal entities (“Participants”) with domicile, residence, or registered office in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the participation of any person who does not comply with these Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is deemed to act with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to provide evidence thereof.
Art. 5 – PRODUCTS INCLUDED IN THE CAMPAIGN AND LIMITATIONS
5.1. All SABON products included in the Campaign benefit from a 40% discount, subject to stock availability. The discount is granted as follows: – by logging into the Royal Passport member account for online purchases made on www.sabon.ro; – by presenting and scanning the Royal Passport card at checkout for purchases made in physical stores.
The 40% discount does not apply to the Royal Passport card, Sabon shopping bags, or Sabon Gift Cards and cannot be combined with other promotions or campaigns available on www.sabon.ro, in SABON stores, or with campaigns run by other partners (e.g., Kaufland).
Purchase limitations applicable within the “Royal Passport Day” Campaign:
a. For orders placed on www.sabon.ro:
– maximum number of orders per day: 3 orders;
– maximum total value of orders placed on the same day: RON 2,500;
– maximum total value of orders placed within the same month: RON 2,500;
– maximum value of a single order: RON 2,500;
– maximum number of identical product units per order: 10 units;
– maximum number of total product units per order: 25 units.
b. For purchases made in physical stores:
– maximum number of purchases per day: 2 purchases;
– maximum total value of purchases made on the same day: RON 1,500;
– maximum number of identical product units per transaction: 10 units;
– maximum number of products per transaction: 25 products.
Purchases made within this Campaign are intended exclusively for personal use. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to refuse orders that do not comply with the limitations set out in these Rules and in the terms and conditions of www.sabon.ro.
For additional details, Participants are invited to consult the terms and conditions available on www.sabon.ro.
5.2. The discount is applied to the standard retail price of the products.
5.3. The offer is available both in Sabon physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, subject to stock availability, exclusively for Royal Passport cardholders.
5.4. In physical stores, discounts are applied directly at checkout.
5.5. Products purchased within the Campaign may not be resold.
Art. 6 – ORDER DELIVERY
6.1. Orders placed on www.sabon.ro will be delivered exclusively via express courier. The delivery cost is RON 15 for orders with a value below RON 230 and RON 10 for orders delivered to Easybox.
6.2. Delivery is free of charge for orders exceeding RON 230.
6.3. The delivery time is up to 10 business days.
6.4. On 17.02.2025, during “Royal Passport Day”, the in-store pickup option is not available.
Art. 7 – RETURNS
7.1. Products may be returned in accordance with Sabon’s return policy applicable in its store network.
7.2. The granted discount cannot be exchanged for cash.
7.3. If the customer opts to replace a product purchased within the Campaign, the replacement product will no longer benefit from the Campaign discount, unless it is itself subject to another campaign or special offer. The applicable price will be the one valid at the time of replacement.
Art. 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Organizer reserves the right to take all necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse, or any other actions that could affect the image of the Campaign.
8.2. The Organizer shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or fortuitous events, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
8.3. Force majeure means any event beyond the Organizer’s control, which cannot be foreseen or remedied and which prevents the Organizer from fulfilling its obligations under these Rules. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, other disasters, or any regulation that may prohibit or alter the terms of the Campaign. In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, suspend, or terminate the Campaign, with appropriate public notification.
8.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for delivery delays caused by third parties, including courier service providers.
Art. 9 – FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. By participating in the Campaign, Participants confirm that they have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Rules.
9.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by addendum whenever necessary, with such amendments being published on www.sabon.ro and made available in stores.
9.3. Any complaint regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at its registered office address specified herein, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the end of the Campaign.
9.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the Participants shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
