„Royal Passport Day” Promotional Campaign Rules
Period: October 14, 2025
Art. 1 – ORGANIZER
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as "Sabon"), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfintii Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, sector 1, Trade Register number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – DURATION AND LOCATION OF THE CAMPAIGN
The "Royal Passport Day" campaign is organized and will take place on October 14, 2025, on the website www.sabon.ro, from 00:00 to 23:59, and in Sabon Holdings stores located in Romania, between 10:00 and 22:00, for Royal Passport loyalty card holders.
Art. 3 – OFFICIAL CAMPAIGN RULES
3.1. The official rules of the Campaign are available to any applicant, free of charge, in electronic format, on the website www.sabon.ro, in the Campaign Rules section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon physical stores located in Romania.
The Campaign is only active for Royal Passport members.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be publicized for the purpose of informing the public, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information that such materials may contain will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
Art. 4 – RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE
4.1 Natural persons or legal entities ("Participants") domiciled or residing in Romania or, in the case of distance purchases, who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary may participate in the Campaign.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Rules, who is suspected of fraud, who acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or who is determined to be acting with the intent to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without being required to provide evidence.
Art. 5. – PRODUCTS INVOLVED IN THE CAMPAIGN AND LIMITATIONS
5.1 All SABON products involved in the campaign are subject to a 40% discount* promotion, while stocks last, this benefit being obtained by:
-logging into your Royal Passport member account for online purchases on www.sabon.ro
-using your Royal Passport card at the checkout after handing it to the cashier for scanning for purchases in physical stores.
*The 40% discount does not apply to the Royal Passport card, Sabon bag, and Sabon Gift Card, and cannot be combined with other offers/promotional campaigns available on the online platform www.sabon.ro, at SABON points of sale, or with existing campaigns at other partners, such as Kaufland.
EXTRA: customers who purchase products over 300 lei (after discounts) can buy the large body scrub (600 g) at the special price of only 70 lei.
*Note: the initial value of the shopping cart must not include the body scrub, as this is the subject of the campaign.
There is no limit to the number of scrubs that can be purchased during the EXTRA campaign.
Limitations on purchases made during the Royal Passport Day campaign:
a. Limitations applicable to orders placed on the website www.sabon.ro:
· Maximum number of orders per day: 3 orders
· Maximum value of orders placed on the same day: 2,500 lei
· Maximum value of orders placed in the same month: 2,500 lei
· Maximum value of an order: 2,500 lei
· Maximum number of identical product units that can be purchased in a single order: 10 product units
· Maximum number of product units that can be purchased in a single order: 25 product units
b. Restrictions applicable to in-store purchases:
· Maximum number of purchases per day: 2 purchases
· Maximum value of purchases made on the same day: 1,500 lei
· Maximum number of identical product units that can be purchased at one time: 10 product units
· Maximum number of products that can be purchased at one time: 25 products.
Purchases made during this campaign are intended solely for the customer’s own consumption (direct use). In this regard, Sabon Holdings S.R.L. will not accept orders that do not comply with the limitations set out in the terms and conditions of the website www.sabon.ro

5.2 – The discount applies to the standard price.
5.3 The offer is available both in Sabon physical stores in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro, while stocks last, only for Royal Passport cardholders.
5.4. In physical stores, discounts will be applied directly at the cash register.
5.5. Participants may only purchase products for personal use, not for resale.
SECTION 6. DELIVERY OF ORDERS
6.1 Orders placed on the online platform www.sabon.ro will be shipped exclusively by express courier. The delivery cost is 15 lei for orders with a value of less than 230 lei and 10 lei for orders delivered to Easybox.
6.2 Delivery is free for orders over 230 lei.
6.3 Delivery time is a maximum of 10 business days.
6.4 On October 14, 2025, "ROYAL PASSPORT DAY," the pickup method from any SABON store is not available.
Art. 7 – RETURN POLICY
7.1. The return of purchased products will be carried out in accordance with the return conditions valid in the Sabon store network.
7.2. The cash value of the discount granted will not be refunded.
7.3. If the customer chooses to replace the product purchased during the Campaign, the new replacement product will not benefit from the respective offer, unless it is itself the subject of a Campaign or special offer. For clarity, at the time of replacement, the price valid on the date of replacement shall apply to the new product.
Art. 8 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
8.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in the event of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other attempts that could affect the image of this campaign.
8.2 The Organizer is exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with the provisions of Art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
8.3 For the purposes of these regulations, force majeure means any event that cannot be controlled, remedied, or predicted by the Organizer and whose occurrence makes it impossible for the latter to fulfill its obligations under these regulations. Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other disasters of any kind, as well as any regulations that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Regulations. If, for any reason, this Campaign cannot be carried out as planned due to causes beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical problems, or any other causes that, in the Organizer’s opinion, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign. In the event that the Campaign is terminated due to force majeure, fraud, or technical difficulties before the end of the Campaign Period, an official announcement will be made at the Campaign location.
8.4. The Organizer shall not be liable for delays in the delivery of products caused by delays in the provision of services by its suppliers, courier services, etc.
Art. 9. FINAL PROVISIONS
9.1. By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with and abide by all the provisions, terms, and conditions of these Rules.
9.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by addendum whenever necessary, by publishing the addendum on the Organizer’s official website, www.sabon.ro, and making it available to customers in stores.
9.3. Any complaint related to the conduct of the Campaign shall be addressed in writing to the Organizer at the registered office specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Campaign covered by these Rules.
9.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants in the Campaign shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.
