Treasure Hunt Campaign Rules
Period: 01.04.2026 – 30.04.2026
Art. 1 – Organizer
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and Location of the Campaign
The “Treasure Hunt” campaign is organized for the purpose of offering benefits to members of the Royal Passport loyalty program and will take place between 01.04.2026 – 30.04.2026, in Sabon physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro.
Art. 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules are available to any requester, free of charge, in electronic format on sabon.ro, in the Campaign Regulations section, and in physical format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
3.2. At the Organizer’s discretion, the Campaign may be promoted for public awareness purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Rules.
Art. 4 – Eligibility
4.1. The Campaign is open to individuals and legal entities (“Participants”) who are members of the Royal Passport loyalty program, having domicile or residence, or registered office, in Romania, or who, in the case of distance purchases, can provide a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary.
4.2. The Organizer reserves the right to exclude, at its sole discretion, any participant who does not comply with these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts in an unethical or disruptive manner, or is determined to act with the intention to disturb, abuse, threaten, or harass any person, without the obligation to provide evidence.
Art. 5 – Participation Mechanism
5.1 Participation on www.sabon.ro
a. The Royal Passport member initiates participation after logging into their Royal Passport account on www.sabon.ro.
b. The participant accesses each egg-shaped icon marked on the website and discovers the hidden surprise, which may or may not be a gift.
c. The participant may make an unlimited number of attempts to discover a surprise in the form of vouchers or discounts, but may benefit from only one surprise within the campaign, which will be saved in their account along with the corresponding code.
d. The participant may redeem the awarded benefit by using the code saved in their account until the end of the campaign period, respectively 30.04.2026.
e. After redeeming the code, the Royal Passport member may participate again in the campaign to discover a new surprise, with a maximum participation limit of 10 times.
5.2 Participation in physical stores
a. Cards printed with QR codes will be placed in various locations within the store.
b. The participant will scan the discovered QR code using their own phone, which may reveal a gift.
c. The participant may make an unlimited number of attempts to discover a surprise but may benefit from only one surprise within the campaign, which must be redeemed at the checkout in the store where it was discovered.
d. The sales consultant will verify in the database whether the participant is a Royal Passport member and whether they have already received an unredeemed surprise.
e. If the participant has already received an unredeemed surprise within this campaign, the consultant will inform them that they cannot receive a new surprise until the initial one has been redeemed.
f. Following verification of the participation history, the sales consultant will register the granted surprise in the database and process the application of the corresponding reward code.
5.3 Benefits available within the “Treasure Hunt” campaign
Benefits will be granted randomly, in accordance with the provisions of art. 47 of Government Ordinance 99/2000 regarding the marketing of products and services.
Participants may discover one of the following benefits, valid in SABON physical stores and on www.sabon.ro:
Free delivery for any purchase (online orders with home delivery only)
25% discount on gifts (online and in-store)
3 free mini products for purchases of at least 200 RON (after discounts) – online and in-store
40% discount on all products + a unique 40% discount code for a friend (single use) – online and in-store. The code can be used exclusively by a Royal Passport member. If the referred person is not yet a member, they must purchase a Royal Passport card worth 20 RON in the same order or separately in order to use the code
25% discount on all products – online and in-store
50 RON voucher for purchases of at least 150 RON (after discounts), automatically applied in the order – online and in-store
GWP gift: Free 300 ml Olive Bliss Shower Oil for purchases of at least 250 RON (after discounts) – online and in-store
5.4
Participants may take part in the “Treasure Hunt” campaign with an unlimited number of attempts to discover available surprises within the campaign mechanism; after redeeming a surprise, participation may resume.
5.5
The benefits granted within the campaign are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, except in cases expressly provided by the Organizer.
5.6
Benefits are available while stocks last.
5.7
The campaign cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or benefits.
Art. 6 – Return Policy
6.1. The return of products purchased by redeeming campaign benefits shall be carried out in accordance with the return conditions applicable in SABON stores and on www.sabon.ro at the time of the return request.
6.2. If a product purchased with a discount benefit is returned, the value of the discount will not be refunded in cash.
6.3. If the customer chooses to replace a product purchased during the Campaign, the replacement product will no longer benefit from the same offer, unless it is part of another campaign or special offer at the time of replacement.
6.4. For clarity, the price applicable to the replacement product will be the price valid at the time of replacement.
Art. 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of attempts to defraud the system, abuse, or any other actions that may affect the image of the campaign.
7.2. The Organizer shall not be held liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with art. 1351 of the Civil Code.
7.3. For the purposes of these Rules, force majeure means any event beyond the Organizer’s control that cannot be remedied or foreseen and which makes it impossible for the Organizer to fulfill its obligations.
Such events include, but are not limited to: wars, fires, floods, strikes, blockades, earthquakes, other natural disasters, as well as any regulation that may prohibit or modify the terms of the Rules.
If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be conducted as planned due to events beyond the Organizer’s control, fraud, technical issues, or any other causes affecting the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organizer reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Campaign.
If the Campaign ends before the scheduled date, an official announcement will be made on www.sabon.ro and in participating stores.
7.4. The Organizer shall not be responsible for delays in product delivery caused by delays from service providers, courier companies, or other services involved in the delivery process.
Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. In accordance with art. 25 (1) of the Fiscal Code, the cost of products or discounts granted represents expenses incurred for the purpose of carrying out economic activity, as well as advertising and promotional expenses intended to promote the company, its products, or services, including costs related to producing advertising materials.
8.2. Sabon Holdings România S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules through an addendum whenever necessary, with publication on the official website www.sabon.ro and availability in stores.
8.3. Any complaint regarding the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified in these Rules within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end of the Campaign, respectively after 30.04.2026.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organizer and participants shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts of Romania.
