Fine details for a luxurios home

With unlimited imagination resources and the help of a few simple tricks, you can make small changes in your home, to give it a glamorous look, as in interior design magazines.
The most suitable areas for small clever interventions in the first place are the open spaces of the house: hall, living room, dining room, where with not much money, you can make small changes that will attract the compliments of your guests!
Bet on the green at the entrance
A saying goes that you only have one chance to make a good first impression, so the way the entrance to your house looks (including the garden and the driveway) is very important. Beautiful lawns and well-kept gardens offer the house a higher resale price because they simply look... more expensive! Give the house a facelift by repainting the facade, gate and front door if necessary, keeping the lawn impeccable and planting hedges and shrubs. If you live in a block of flats, an imposing pot with a beautiful indoor plant, placed in the visual range as soon as you enter the door, will steal the eyes of those who visit you, giving your home a welcoming and fresh look.
Don’t neglect the letter box and the house number
We often see rusty and old letter boxes in front of beautiful houses, or apartment/street numbers discolored by time or weather. However, these small details make the difference when it comes to the elegant appearance of the house and are not to be neglected at all. Make sure you have a mailbox always neat, painted, practical and large enough for any type of correspondence you receive. It’s not at all chic to see an end of a newspaper or flyers coming out of the letterbox opening. Choose the number placed on the door/fence to be made of a durable material, according to the style of the home and make sure that it is clearly displayed.
Rule no. 1 for curtains: make them long!
No matter how beautiful and valuable the material they are made of, short curtains look cheap both literally and figuratively (even if they cost a fortune). The curtains that are long to the floor and even "brush" the floor a little, by 2-3 cm, have that lazy, romantic, aristocratic elegance. Also, make sure to keep the idea of luxury by making the curtains also wide enough - at least 30 inches wider than the window. The curtain must have folds even when the window is completely covered.
Finely perfume the atmosphere of your home
Just as you would not choose to wear a cheap perfume that does not suit you or does not represent you, your home is not complete without that smell of "home", without the warmth of a perfume that gives it personality and a plus elegance. As much as possible, regularly bring joy to your house with a bouquet of fresh flowers, and for a lasting scent, enrich the air with the smell of scented candles or room aromas.
Enlive your house through art
The artwork sets the style and gives personality to your home, so be sure to select pieces that you like, that reflect the way you see life. The works of art - paintings, statuettes - do not necessarily have to cost fortunes, but they must have a story, have to talk about you, and you must be able to talk about them. Do not bring into the house things you know nothing about (apart from the fact that they are very expensive). Do not place an old piano in the living room, if no one in the house knows how to play the piano. The closeness of art requires honesty, otherwise any object, no matter how valuable, can enter the kitsch area. So choose with your soul!
