Campaign period: 20 October 2026 – 25 October 2026
Article 1 – Organiser
Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon” or the “Organiser”), having its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd Floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under number J2005007199401, tax registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by IOAN-CRISTIAN LUCA – General Manager.
Article 2 – Campaign Duration and Location
The promotional campaign entitled “50% Off a Selection of OUTLET Products” (hereinafter referred to as the “Campaign”) shall take place from 20 October 2026 to 25 October 2026, inclusive, and shall apply to a selection of OUTLET products in Sabon Holdings’ physical stores located in Romania and on the website www.sabon.ro.
Article 3 – Official Campaign Rules
3.1. The official Campaign Rules shall be made available free of charge to any interested person, in printed format, upon request, in Sabon stores.
The Campaign is available exclusively to Royal Passport members, both in SABON physical stores in Romania and on www.sabon.ro.
3.2. At the Organiser’s discretion, the Campaign may be advertised for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. Any information contained in such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Campaign Rules.
Article 4 – Eligibility
4.1. Individuals and legal entities (hereinafter referred to as “Participants”) domiciled or resident, or having their registered office, in Romania may participate in the Campaign. For distance purchases, Participants may indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary, subject to the eligibility requirement set out in Article 3.1.
4.2. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel the participation of any person who fails to comply with these Rules, is suspected of fraud, acts unethically or disruptively, or is found to act with the intention of disturbing, abusing, threatening or harassing any person, in accordance with applicable law.
Article 5 – Products Included in the Campaign
5.1. The SABON products included in the Campaign are those belonging to the OUTLET category and forming part of the selection of participating products.
Royal Passport members shall benefit from a 50% discount on participating products, calculated on the standard price of each participating product, subject to product availability.
The discount applies to participating products regardless of the number of products purchased. There is no minimum purchase quantity required to qualify for the discount.
Participating products shall be clearly marked on the shelves in SABON physical stores. For online purchases, participating products may be identified in the OUTLET section of www.sabon.ro.
5.2. The offer is available exclusively to Royal Passport members in SABON physical stores in Romania and on www.sabon.ro, during the Campaign period and subject to product availability.
5.3. In physical stores, the discount shall be applied directly at the checkout.
5.4. For online orders, customers must enter the promotional code OUTLET50 at checkout in order to receive the discount on participating products.
5.5. Products purchased under the Campaign may be acquired for personal use only and may not be purchased for resale.
5.6. The “50% Off a Selection of OUTLET Products” offer cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns or with the 10% Royal Passport member discount.
By way of exception, the offer may be combined with vouchers granted under the Royal Passport loyalty programme, including the Birthday voucher (B-day voucher), subject to the terms and conditions applicable to the relevant voucher.
5.7. The offer cannot be combined with other promotional campaigns conducted through partner websites or applications where SABON products are sold, including Kaufland Card, Lidl Plus, Dr. Max, Douglas, eMAG, Fashion Days or other similar platforms.
5.8. Participating OUTLET products shall be clearly marked on the shelves in SABON physical stores and may be identified in the OUTLET section of www.sabon.ro.
Article 6 – Return Conditions
6.1. Returns of products purchased under the Campaign shall be handled in accordance with the return policy applicable within the SABON store network and applicable legislation.
6.2. The value of the discount granted shall not be reimbursed separately in cash.
6.3. If a customer opts to exchange a product purchased under the Campaign, the replacement product shall not automatically benefit from the Campaign offer, unless it is itself subject to an ongoing campaign or special offer. For the avoidance of doubt, the price and commercial terms applicable on the date of the exchange shall apply to the replacement product.
6.4. Given that participating products may belong to limited-edition collections and may be subject to limited stock availability, if a product arrives damaged or in an unsuitable condition and is no longer available for replacement, the customer shall be refunded the price paid for the damaged product, in accordance with applicable legislation.
Article 7 – Limitation of Liability
7.1. The Organiser shall be entitled to take all necessary measures in the event of attempted fraud, abuse or any other conduct that may affect the integrity, proper conduct or reputation of the Campaign.
7.2. The Organiser shall be exempt from liability in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances, in accordance with Article 1351 of the Romanian Civil Code.
7.3. For the purposes of these Rules, force majeure means any event beyond the Organiser’s control that could not reasonably have been foreseen or prevented and that renders the Organiser unable to fulfil its obligations under these Rules. Such events include, but are not limited to, wars, fires, floods, strikes and blockades, earthquakes, other natural disasters and any legislation or regulatory measure that may prohibit or alter the terms of these Rules.
If, for any reason, the Campaign cannot be conducted as planned due to circumstances beyond the Organiser’s control, fraud, technical issues or any other circumstances that, in the Organiser’s opinion, affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Campaign, the Organiser reserves the right to cancel, terminate, amend or suspend the Campaign, subject to applicable law.
If the Campaign is terminated before the scheduled end date, an official announcement shall be made through the communication channels used for the Campaign.
7.4. The Organiser shall not be held liable for delays in product delivery caused by delays in services provided by its suppliers, courier services or other circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.
Article 8 – Final Provisions
8.1. By purchasing a product included in the Campaign, Participants agree to comply with all provisions, terms and conditions set out in these Rules.
8.2. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Rules by means of an addendum whenever necessary. Any addendum shall be published on the Organiser’s official website, www.sabon.ro, and made available to customers in stores, in compliance with applicable law.
8.3. Any complaint relating to the conduct of the Campaign must be submitted in writing to the Organiser at the registered office address specified in these Rules, within 14 (fourteen) working days from the end of the Campaign.
8.4. Any disputes arising between the Organiser and Participants shall be settled amicably or, where an amicable settlement cannot be reached, by the competent courts of law.
Annex
Annex – List of products participating in the promotional campaign “50% Off a Selection of OUTLET Products”.
The list of participating products shall be made available to enable customers to identify the products eligible for the Campaign, under the conditions established by the Organiser.
