LOYALTY PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS
ROYAL PASSPORT

Art. 1 – Organizer
S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, no. 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, fiscal registration code RO 16222607, legally represented by Cristian Luca – General Manager.
Art. 2 – Duration and place of operation
2.1 The “Royal Passport” card (hereinafter referred to as RP) is issued by S.C. SABON HOLDINGS S.R.L. (SABON) under these regulations and represents the identification instrument for enrollment in the loyalty program organized by it.
2.2 Any natural person domiciled in Romania and at least 18 years old or any legal entity registered in Romania may obtain a SABON loyalty card.
2.3 The SABON loyalty card can be obtained in SABON stores by completing the registration form. In order to receive the card, the form must be fully completed and signed by the holder.
2.4 Incomplete forms or forms containing illegible or incorrect data will be invalidated. The applicant receives the card immediately after paying the fee of 20 RON, representing the value of the card, and after completing the special form.
2.5 Obtaining the card is not conditioned by purchasing one or more products from SABON stores. Each applicant is entitled to only one card per registered email address and the same phone number.
The Royal Passport card is personal, non-transferable and may be used exclusively by the holder registered in the program.
2.6 From the moment of signing the form, the applicant can immediately benefit from the 10% discount offered by this program. In addition to the 10% discount, the SABON “Royal Passport” card allows access to promotions dedicated exclusively to cardholders.
The 10% discount does not apply to the purchase of a Gift Card.
The 10% discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, special offers or vouchers, except in cases where the Organizer explicitly communicates otherwise.
Art. 3 – Official Program Regulations
3.1 The official Program Regulations, in their updated version, are available free of charge and permanently in electronic format on the Sabon website (https://www.sabon.ro/ro/despre-sabon/royal-passport-regulament).
3.2 According to the Organizer’s free decision, the program may be promoted for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. The information contained in such materials will be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of these Regulations.
3.3 Royal Passport Card Benefits

Detailed benefits
10% discount on all products
All products purchased in SABON stores or online on sabon.ro can be acquired with an automatic 10% discount for Royal Passport cardholders. This discount cannot be combined with other discounts or promotional campaigns.
The discount applies starting with the first order using the Royal Passport card.
Product of the Month with 25% discount
Each month, a selected product or a certain range/category receives a special 25% discount for Royal Passport members. It also applies starting with the first order that includes the Royal Passport card.
40 RON birthday voucher
On the holder’s birthday, they receive a voucher worth 40 RON, valid for 60 days from the date of issuance, without the possibility of extending validity. The value of the voucher can be deducted from the purchase value in-store or online, after applying discounts and before finalizing the order by entering the corresponding unique code.
40 RON voucher for each membership anniversary
On each anniversary of enrollment in the program, the holder receives a 40 RON voucher. Activation is automatic on the anniversary date – valid for 60 days from issuance, without the possibility of extension. The voucher value can be deducted from the purchase value in-store or online, after applying discounts and before completing the order by entering the corresponding unique code.
“Reconnect/Miss You” voucher
It is granted to selected customers based on criteria determined at the Organizer’s sole discretion. Customers receiving this benefit will get a 40 RON voucher valid for purchases of at least 150 RON, after applying discounts, valid until the end of the respective calendar year, without the possibility of extension. The voucher value can be deducted from the purchase value in-store or online, before finalizing the order by entering the corresponding unique code.
40% discount on Royal Passport Day
The Organizer reserves the right to choose the calendar days dedicated to these campaigns, promoting them in advance through communication channels decided at its discretion. On this special day, members can benefit from a 40% discount on selected products, not combinable with other promotional campaigns. Members will be notified a few days in advance and will have all detailed information available in the dedicated regulation.
Pre-order access to new collections
Members can order new collections before their official launch, securing desired products, within the available stock limit. Applies to collections previously designated and promoted by SABON.
20% discount on the 3-step Ritual
Includes three full-size products: 500 ml shower oil, 600 g body scrub and a moisturizing product of choice (lotion/milk/body gelée 200 ml).
Sabon Recycle Club points
• 1 returned container = 1 point = 1 RON
• Points can be converted into vouchers and used in stores or online within 24 hours
• Only containers from SABON products are eligible
• Points are not transferable and cannot be converted into cash
• Recycling can be carried out exclusively in Bucharest stores
Validity and limitations
a. Benefits are valid only within the SABON network in Romania and online and cannot be traded or transferred.
b. Voucher terms and conditions: validity between 30–60 days, personal, non-transferable, non-convertible into cash, not cumulative with each other or with other types of vouchers, valid only once per receipt/order regardless of purchase method (in-store or online).
c. Purchased products may not be used for resale.
Art. 4 – Right to participate in the program
4.1 RP cards may be acquired by individuals or legal entities (“Participants”) domiciled/residing or headquartered in Romania or who, in the case of distance purchases, can indicate a delivery address in Romania, Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece or Hungary.
4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel at its discretion the participation of any person who does not comply with the Regulations, is suspected of fraud, or acts in an unethical or disruptive manner.
If benefits are found to have been obtained fraudulently, the Organizer has the right to cancel those benefits (discounts, vouchers, points) without compensation.
4.3 When making purchases in SABON stores, the cardholder must present the card to benefit from the advantages offered.
4.4 If the cardholder does not have the card at the time of purchase, they cannot benefit from the advantages.
4.5 Damage to the card can be reported in any SABON store, requesting replacement. In case of loss or theft, a new issuance fee must be paid. Counterfeiting is punishable by law.
Use of the card by a person other than the holder may lead to suspension or cancellation without refund of the issuance fee.
4.6 As issuer, S.C. SABON HOLDINGS S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend the program at any time, with at least 15 working days prior notice.
Art. 4 – Fraud prevention and abusive use
4.1 Fraudulent use includes, but is not limited to:
a) use of the card by persons other than the holder;
b) creation of multiple accounts for the same person;
c) accumulation of benefits through repeated, unjustified or fictitious returns;
d) improper use of vouchers or loyalty points;
e) resale of products or benefits obtained through the program.
4.2 In these situations, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel the Royal Passport card without prior notice.
Art. 5 – Delivery and return conditions
Delivery and return of products purchased through the loyalty program shall be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions published on www.sabon.ro.
In case of product return, associated benefits (discounts, points, vouchers) are automatically cancelled.
Art. 6 – Limitation of liability
6.1 The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in case of fraud attempts, abuse or any actions that could affect the program’s image.
6.2 The Organizer is not liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseen circumstances.
6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the program in case of fraud or technical issues.
The Organizer is not responsible for unauthorized use of the card by third parties if the holder has not protected the card or associated data.
Art. 7 – Personal data processing
7.1 S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L., with registered office in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street, no. 65, Jupiter House building, 2nd floor, District 1, Trade Register no. J2005007199401, fiscal code RO 16222607, will process, as data controller, the personal data you choose to provide in the card issuance form in order to enroll in the loyalty program.
7.2 The data is processed so that S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. can ensure your right to benefit from points to obtain discounts and to provide you with privileged offers based on your purchase history.
7.3 Each time you use your Royal Passport card, the purchases you make are recorded.
7.4 Based on your purchase history, S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. may create profiles for the purpose of contract execution and marketing objectives, namely to provide offers tailored to your personal preferences based on previous purchases.
7.5 You may object to profiling, in which case you will no longer benefit from personalized offers based on your purchases.
7.6 You may opt out of electronically transmitted offers by accessing the page indicated by S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. or in writing by post to the Sabon Customer Service address in Bucharest, Sfintii Voievozi Street no. 65, 2nd floor, District 1, or by email at suport@sabon.ro or by phone at 0377.101.455.
7.7 If you inform us that you no longer agree to the processing of your data for participation in the loyalty program, you will be excluded from the program, while respecting and honoring rights already obtained. However, you will no longer benefit from promotional and/or personalized offers.
7.8 The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR) for participation in the program (offer accepted by requesting the card and accepting these terms by signing the form). The legal basis is the performance of a contract, including profiling, marketing and satisfaction surveys.
7.9 Data is processed until you withdraw your consent to participate in the program.
7.10 To the extent necessary, we may share your data with affiliated entities within the Rocher group or trusted service providers that ensure adequate protection levels, located within the EU or outside it. These include providers of printing, delivery, archiving, invoicing, order processing, marketing, legal, accounting, advertising, consultancy and similar services, all bound by confidentiality obligations.
7.11 If you choose to benefit from partner offers, S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. may transmit your data to partners for promotional purposes.
7.12 As a data subject, you have the following rights:
• the right to be informed;
• the right of access;
• the right to rectification;
• the right to erasure;
• the right to object;
• the right to withdraw consent;
• the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP), Bucharest.
7.13 You also have the right to data portability. You may exercise these rights free of charge by written request via post, email (suport@sabon.ro) or phone.
7.14 Upon receiving a request, we may contact you to verify your identity. For contract performance and service improvement, customer satisfaction surveys may be sent; these can be stopped upon request.
Art. 8 – Final provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Campaign, participants agree to comply with all provisions of these Regulations.
8.2 S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to modify these Regulations whenever necessary, with publication on the official website www.sabon.ro and availability in stores.
8.3 Any complaint regarding the Program must be submitted in writing within 14 (fourteen) working days from the date of completion of the Program.
8.4 Any disputes between the Organizer and participants shall be settled amicably or, if not possible, by the competent courts.
8.5 S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to modify the Royal Passport program Regulations during its existence without prior notice and without requiring member consent, provided that such changes do not concern personal data.
8.6 By participating, members understand, accept and agree to comply with these Regulations.
8.7 Any fraud attempt or abusive use results in permanent exclusion from the program and cancellation of the membership card.
This Regulation enters into force on March 20, 2026.
