LOYALTY PROGRAM REGULATIONS
ROYAL PASSPORT

Art. 1 – Organizer
S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. (hereinafter referred to as “Sabon”), with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, VAT registration number RO 16222607, legally represented by Cristian Luca – General Manager.


Art. 2 – Duration and Scope
2.1 The “Royal Passport” Card (hereinafter referred to as RP) is issued by S.C. SABON HOLDINGS S.R.L. (SABON) under the terms of these Regulations and represents the identification instrument for enrollment in the loyalty program organized by Sabon.

2.2 Any natural person domiciled in Romania and at least 18 years old, as well as any legal entity registered in Romania, may obtain a SABON loyalty card.

2.3 The SABON loyalty card may be obtained in SABON stores by completing the enrollment form. In order to receive the card, the form must be fully completed and signed by the cardholder.

2.4 Incomplete forms or forms containing illegible or incorrect data will be invalidated. The applicant will receive the card immediately after paying the fee of 20 RON, representing the card issuance fee, and completing the dedicated form.

2.5 Obtaining the card is not conditional upon purchasing any products from SABON stores. Each applicant is entitled to only one card per registered email address and phone number.
The Royal Passport card is personal, non-transferable, and may be used exclusively by the registered cardholder.

2.6 From the moment the enrollment form is signed, the applicant may immediately benefit from the 10% discount offered by this program. In addition to the 10% discount, the SABON “Royal Passport” card provides access to promotions exclusively dedicated to cardholders.
The 10% discount does not apply to the purchase of Gift Cards.
The 10% discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, special offers, or vouchers, unless the Organizer explicitly states otherwise.


Art. 3 – Official Program Regulations
3.1 The official and updated version of the Program Regulations is available free of charge, permanently, in electronic format, on the Sabon website:

3.2 At the Organizer’s sole discretion, the program may be promoted for public information purposes, including through advertising and/or informational materials. Any such materials shall be interpreted in accordance with these Regulations.

3.3 Royal Passport Card Benefits:


• 10% discount on all products, in-store and online
• “Product of the Month” at a special price with a 25% discount
• A voucher worth 40 RON on your birthday
• A voucher worth 40 RON on each anniversary year as a Royal Passport member. The voucher is granted annually and activated on the anniversary date (the program enrollment date)
• 40% discount during Royal Passport Day
• Pre-order access to new collections before their official launch
• 20% discount on the 3-Step Ritual (three full-size products: 500 ml shower oil, 600 g body scrub, and one moisturizing product of choice: 200 ml body lotion, 200 ml body milk, or 200 ml body gelée)
• Points awarded for returning containers collected through the Sabon Recycle Club program: 1 container = 1 point = 1 RON. The customer may convert points into a value voucher at any time from their account, and the voucher may be used for any purchase in SABON stores in Romania and online at sabon.ro, within 24 hours from generation

Returned containers must originate exclusively from SABON products purchased by the cardholder.

 

The Organizer reserves the right to refuse awarding points in case of suspected abuse, unjustified repetitive returns, or attempted fraud. Points cannot be transferred to other accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash.

 

Royal Passport members may benefit from the loyalty program advantages exclusively in SABON-owned stores located in Romania and online at sabon.ro.

Program benefits may not be used for commercial purposes, resale, or on behalf of other persons.

The vouchers offered (birthday and membership anniversary) may be used only once, on a single receipt or order, and are valid for 30 days from the anniversary date (which is also the activation date).

Vouchers are personal, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.


Art. 4 – Right to Participate in the Program
4.1 Natural persons or legal entities (“Participants”) domiciled or headquartered in Romania, or who can indicate a delivery address in Romania, the Czech Republic, Poland, Bulgaria, Slovakia, Greece, or Hungary for distance purchases, may purchase the RP card.

4.2 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, at its sole discretion, the participation of any person who fails to comply with these Regulations, is suspected of fraud, or acts in an unethical or disruptive manner.
In cases where benefits have been fraudulently obtained, the Organizer has the right to cancel such benefits (discounts, vouchers, points) without compensation.

4.3 When making purchases in SABON stores, the cardholder must present the card at checkout in order to benefit from the offered facilities.

4.4 A cardholder who does not have the card at the time of purchase cannot benefit from the program advantages.

4.5 Card damage may be reported at any SABON store, where replacement may be requested. In case of loss or theft, a new card issuance fee applies. Card forgery is punishable under applicable law.
Use of the card by a person other than the cardholder may result in suspension or cancellation of the card, without refund of the issuance fee.

4.6 As the issuer, S.C. SABON HOLDINGS S.R.L. reserves the right to suspend the program and, implicitly, the validity of the SABON “Royal Passport” card at any time, with at least 15 business days’ prior notice.


Art. 4¹ – Fraud Prevention and Abuse
4¹.1 Fraudulent use includes, without limitation:
• use of the card by persons other than the cardholder;
• creation of multiple accounts for the same person;
• accumulation of benefits through repeated, unjustified, or fictitious returns;
• improper use of vouchers or loyalty points;
• resale of products or benefits obtained through the loyalty program.

4¹.2 In such cases, the Organizer reserves the right to suspend or permanently cancel the Royal Passport card without prior notice.


Art. 5 – Delivery and Return Conditions
Delivery and return of products purchased through the loyalty program shall be carried out in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable within the Sabon store network, published on www.sabon.ro.
In the event of product returns, the related benefits (discounts, points, vouchers) are automatically canceled.


Art. 6 – Limitation of Liability
6.1 The Organizer is entitled to take all necessary measures in cases of fraud attempts, abuse, or any actions that may affect the program’s image.

6.2 The Organizer shall not be liable in cases of force majeure or unforeseeable events.

6.3 The Organizer reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the program in case of fraud or technical issues.
The Organizer is not responsible for unauthorized use of the card by third parties if the cardholder failed to protect the card or associated data.


Art. 7 – Processing of Personal Data

7.1
S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L., with its registered office in Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, Jupiter House Building, 2nd floor, Sector 1, registered with the Trade Register under no. J2005007199401, VAT registration number RO 16222607, shall process, as data controller, the personal data that you choose to provide in the card issuance form in order to enroll in the loyalty program.

7.2
The data are processed to enable S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. to grant you the right to earn points in order to obtain discounts and to send you privileged offers based on your purchase history.

7.3
Each time your Royal Passport card is used, the purchases you make are recorded.

7.4
Based on your purchase history, S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. may create profiles for the purpose of performing the contract and achieving marketing objectives, namely to provide you with offers tailored to your personal preferences, based on previous purchases (profiling).

7.5
You may object to the creation of such profiles, in which case you will no longer be able to benefit from personalized offers based on your purchases.

7.6
You may object to electronically transmitted offers by simply accessing the page communicated by S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L., or in writing by post to Sabon Customer Service, Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, 2nd floor, Sector 1, or by email, or by expressly submitting a written request to suport@sabon.ro, or by phone at +40 377 101 455.

7.7
If you notify us that you no longer agree to the processing of your data for participation in the loyalty program, you will be excluded from the program, while respecting and honoring any rights already earned. However, you will no longer benefit from promotional and/or personalized offers in the future.

7.8
Your personal data are processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation – “GDPR”) in order to participate in the program (an offer accepted by you by requesting the card and accepting these terms by signing the card issuance form). Accordingly, the legal basis for processing is the performance of a contract to which you agree to be a party, pursuing commercial purposes such as profiling, marketing, and satisfaction surveys.

7.9
The data are processed until the date on which you withdraw your consent to be part of the program (contractual relationship) by opting out of the program.

7.10
Strictly to the extent necessary, we may disclose your data to affiliated companies or entities within the Rocher Group that provide services to us, or to other trusted service providers that also comply with adequate data protection standards, located within the European Union or in other jurisdictions outside the EU. In this regard, data may be disclosed to our service providers for printing and sending offers, deliveries, dispatch of commercial offers, archiving, invoicing, order processing, invoice processing, marketing, legal, accounting, advertising, consultancy, and other similar services.
Our service providers are contractually bound to maintain the confidentiality and security of the data.

7.11
If you choose to benefit from offers from our partners, S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. may transmit your data for this purpose to partners who wish to promote their own products and send offers to you.

7.12
As a natural person whose personal data we process, you have the following rights, depending on your specific situation:

The right to be informed about the processing of your data (one of the purposes of this document);
The right of access to the data, i.e., the right to obtain confirmation from the controller as to whether or not personal data are being processed, as well as access to the processed data and information regarding the processing;
The right to request rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete data;
The right to obtain erasure of personal data concerning you;
The right to object to the processing of your personal data. Exercising this right does not affect prior processing;
The right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. Withdrawal of consent does not affect prior processing;
The right to lodge a complaint with the personal data protection authority, namely the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSDCP), Bucharest, 28–30 General Gheorghe Magheru Blvd., District 1, postal code 010336, or via its website www.dataprotection.ro.
7.13
You also have the right to data portability, meaning the right to receive the personal data you have provided in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format, including the possibility of transmitting those data to another controller.
You may exercise any of the above rights free of charge by submitting a written request by post to Sabon Customer Service, Bucharest, 65 Sfinții Voievozi Street, 2nd floor, Sector 1, or by email, or by expressly submitting a written request to suport@sabon.ro, or by phone at +40 377 101 455.

7.14
Upon receipt of your request, we have the right to contact you in order to verify that you have submitted the request (identity verification).
Also for the purpose of performing the contract and improving customer relations within S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. stores, the controller may send satisfaction surveys to customers who have made in-store purchases. Customers may choose whether to respond. Such surveys will no longer be sent if you object by email to suport@sabon.ro.


Art. 8 – Final Provisions
8.1 By purchasing a product participating in the Program, participants agree to comply with all provisions, terms, and conditions of these Regulations.

8.2 S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend these Regulations whenever necessary, by publishing the updated version on the official website www.sabon.ro and making it available in stores.

8.3 Any complaint regarding the conduct of the Program must be submitted in writing to the Organizer at the registered office address specified herein, within 14 (fourteen) business days from the end of the Program.

8.4 Any disputes arising between the Organizer and the participants shall be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, by the competent courts.

8.5 S.C. Sabon Holdings S.R.L. reserves the right to amend the “Royal Passport” program regulations during the program’s existence, without prior notification to members and without their consent, provided that such amendments do not concern customers’ personal data.

8.6 By participating in this program, members acknowledge and agree to comply with the terms and conditions of these “Royal Passport” Regulations.

8.7 Any attempt at fraud or abusive use results in permanent exclusion from the Royal Passport program and cancellation of the associated membership card.


These Regulations enter into force on January 19, 2026.
