Every day we interact with over 80,000 toxic chemicals. The pollution and stress we are subjected to every day hurts us, and the constant elimination of toxins from the body is vital.
Among the most common symptoms that indicate the need for a detoxification cure would be a state of unwarranted fatigue, low energy, drowsiness, depression, anxiety, nervousness, lack of concentration, cravings for sweets, cravings for fried, spicy foods, frequent indigestion, vomiting, bloating, slow transit, joint pain.
Detoxification cures are welcome anytime, even once a year, but to fully feel the benefits of cleansing the body of toxins, prolong the "cure" and turn it into a way of life!
Give up coffee in favor of herbal tea

Make water and natural juices your favorite drinks!
Keep a 2 l bottle of water on the desk or at home, next to the bed, and drink one mouthful even when you are not thirsty, so that, at the end of the day, the bottle is empty.
Occasionally, as a snack, replace the water with a glass of natural fruit juice. Grapefruit detoxifies not only the liver by eliminating toxins, but also helps cleanse the mucus in the lungs for better breathing. A life without sausages, chips, fast food? Yes, it is possible!
A detoxification process cannot take place if you have sausages in the daily menu, regardless of their nature and how high the percentage of meat on the label would be. These foods contain a lot of chemicals and poison the body without having a significant nutritional value. It would be preferable, at least during the detoxification treatment, to give up even dairy products in favor of soy milk or nuts.

Quality sleep helps to detoxify the body, eliminate stress, helps you focus better, and regular exercise removes toxins from the body through perspiration.
