How to live longer and better - little tips that can change your life!

In most cases, a healthy diet, a balanced lifestyle and a good karma assure us that we will live long and well. But there are some other factors that can influence longevity and happiness.
Always try something new
„Routine is a silent killer“ doesn’t seem to be just a metaphor. We do pretty much the same thing every day, we can’t or don’t want to get out of our comfort zone, and that’s why our chance to win five years of life is lost, according to a study conducted at Harvard University. Always learn how to do new things (like a foreign language) and you will have a more alert mind and a healthier body.
Spend as much time in nature as possible
Even if you live in a big city, spend at least 20 minutes a day on a bench in a park, looking at flowers and trees. Or turn your balcony into a green oasis and relax there, preferably with a good book in your lap.
Think like a winner
Are you the kind of person who always complains about how hard and unfair life is, how some people get lucky while others do their best in vain? „Congratulations“, you won’t reach a hundred years old! Not that this would be a great achievement, but a long life lived beautifully, in which you have a sense of your own mission and values, it is. No need to win competitions or an Oscar, the idea of winning is accessible to anyone. You just have to trust yourself and to keep going, to get up even when life puts you down.
Make time (and be in the mood) for love
People with a rich and satisfying sex life live on average seven years longer than those who do not value too much physical love. If you make love often and with passion, you’ll have a warmer relationship, a better mental and physical health, you’ll feel that you are a loved and desired person. This will add a few good years to your life expectancy.
