Tips for glowing skin at home

Your skin may become pale and dull because you spend a lot of time in the house, but here are some beauty tips that will help restore the natural glow of your skin.
Drink enough water and get plenty of sleep. These are the basics rules if you want to look glowy and healthy.
Make your skin sweat through regular exercise. Exercise is great for your skin. This is mainly due to the fact that the effort increases blood circulation and oxygen supply to the skin, which is clearly visible in reddening of the skin during exercise. More oxygen and nutrients in the skin also mean improved cell growth, which is reflected in an increased renewal rate of the cells. Furthermore, the increased blood circulation supports the removal of dead skin cells and free radicals.
Take care of your diet. Avoid processed food and gluten as much as you can. Cut the sugar and opt for fruits with low sugar content (avocado and berries).
If necessary, supplement your diet with collagen proteins. Studies have shown that regularly ingesting hydrolyzed collagen can support overall skin health and combat the effects of aging, thus reducing the appearance of wrinkles, increasing skin hydration and smoothness, and supporting elasticity.
Do not wash your face more than twice a day. Not only it is pointless, but it actually damages your skin barrier. Also avoid harsh cleansers, for example all that contain sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS). Use a delicate face wash/cleanser.
