Get the best of your warm baths

If summer means quick, cold and invigorating showers, in the autumn we can relax in a warm bath, with scented salts and oils, in the delicate light of candles!
Don’t you also love the long and warm baths, where you can relax with a book and maybe a glass of red wine? So you have one more reason to love autumn!
Cold showers, which softened the heat, are now being replaced by lazy baths in hot water, cloudy foam, salts and oils of all kinds, accompanied by scented candles.
On cold autumn days, we dream with our eyes open when we get home in the evening and the first thing we do is fill the tub with warm water.
What could be more relaxing than a scented bath with Dead Sea salts that caress our skin and relax all our senses?
Hot water can help you recover emotionally, giving you a few moments of peace of mind and body. After a long and tiring day, a warm bath is the perfect place to unwind.
While sitting in the bathtub, you can try a relaxing meditation and, with your eyes closed: imagine how the water you are in washes away everything that was unpleasant for you that day. Try to visualize how the fears, the tension, the unpleasant feeling left by an argument with a colleague or with the boss, the stress disappear with every movement of the water in the tub. Just like when a wave erases the footsteps on the sand.
Breathe in strongly the aromas that emanate from the water or that of the scented candles and also breathe out strongly. Do this exercise a few times and you will feel how you relax and you are surrounded by a state of peace and calm! To relax completely, accompany the evening bath ritual with soothing songs in the background.
