You need at least seven hours in the world of dreams, to be fresh and fit. Otherwise, white nights can turn into dark days for your health and beauty.

If every midnight you are still in front of the computer, the fatigue installed will weaken your body. Make friends with your sleep and you will enjoy countless benefits, including a young and healthy look for a long time! Here are some of them:


1. Keeps your heart in shape. Lack of sleep leads to worsening blood circulation and increased cholesterol levels, which increases the risk of myocardial infarction.


2. Reduces stress. In the absence of enough hours of rest, your body produces stress hormones, which will make you fall asleep harder and harder. It’s a vicious circle. Here’s a trick to relax and induce sleep: sit under the quilt until you warm up well, then suddenly pull the cover out and stay like that for a few minutes. Then get back under the warm bedding. Do this two, three times and then you will fall asleep immediately, because it is known that the cold seduces sleep.


3. It makes you more active. After eight hours of good sleep, the next day you’ll feel full of energy and ready to conquer the world! Moreover, your skin will look great, your dark circles will be diminished, you will have a fresh and youthful air!


4. It helps you lose weight. Serious studies have shown that people who sleep less than seven hours a night are more likely to become overweight. Lack of sleep disrupts the hormone levels in the body, increases the unwarranted appetite for food and so you will wake up "overnight" with many extra pounds!


5. Helps to restore the body. If it is said that in sleep the child grows, then the adult rejuvenates. When you sleep, your body works hard: the cells regenerate, producing a greater amount of protein, in order to repair the damage caused by stress, ultraviolet rays and other harmful external factors.
